Supy thats my biggest issue with squats and deads,the lower back.I've got some disk issues.Its amazing how heavy you go consistantly.I feel like a bitch because at 20 I was squating 660lbs naturally.Now at 36 and on vitamins I'm no where close to that.The knee got cleaned out once but no tears.Dam bone spurs!!Take it easy brother you may need some rest.

Yes i do.It should be no problem. the biggest problem for me is not enough sleep (sleep apnea) its not uncommon for me to wake up up 6-8 times during the night and open the fridge and eat 3-4 of theese times i rarely sleep more than 30 mins straight, which makes weight loss that much more difficult for me.Im getting beter at not opening the fridge and just try and drink some water insted of filling the pie hole. Its just so fukin annoying to not be able to stay asleep like most normal people

I got one of those total gym deluxes a few years back, it does great work on the rear delt also.I love those pullups you can do on them.I've been atacking pullups as of late too.I can do about 10 kikking, 6 good form.Its getting better.Good work supy.
