    Supy thats my biggest issue with squats and deads,the lower back.I've got some disk issues.Its amazing how heavy you go consistantly.I feel like a bitch because at 20 I was squating 660lbs naturally.Now at 36 and on vitamins I'm no where close to that.The knee got cleaned out once but no tears.Dam bone spurs!!Take it easy brother you may need some rest.

    5 more weeks til my next push/pull comp them im taking 2 full weeks off not even cardio

    No not me.
    Ill take the week of the comp off(Christmas week) then comp is that SAT
    then i plan on taking the following week off as well maybe even 2 weeks
    Most guys do what they call a deload every 8 weeks or so, ive never done this(yet)

    Illinois state record is 610
    National is 650 in the Federation ill be competing in ill be pissed if i dont break both

    Bench is another story and will take another 6 months after injuries and totally reworking form and grip buts its progressing fine

    If i could get down to 198 id have a bench record too. Im not even thinking about that though....lol ill make the 220 class this time and shoot for 198 in the spring curently around 225

    These are all good goals. Will you like being as low as 198? That's a big drop... All jokes aside, do you have that much weight to lose?

Yes i do.It should be no problem. the biggest problem for me is not enough sleep (sleep apnea) its not uncommon for me to wake up up 6-8 times during the night and open the fridge and eat 3-4 of theese times i rarely sleep more than 30 mins straight, which makes weight loss that much more difficult for me.Im getting beter at not opening the fridge and just try and drink some water insted of filling the pie hole. Its just so fukin annoying to not be able to stay asleep like most normal people

    I got one of those total gym deluxes a few years back, it does great work on the rear delt also.I love those pullups you can do on them.I've been atacking pullups as of late too.I can do about 10 kikking, 6 good form.Its getting better.Good work supy.
