Cardio+ abs
3 sets of hanging leg raises 3 sets of incline situps/crunches cardio 30 mins @ 120-130 took it easy today aggrivated right knee yesterday from wrapping to tight ( its weird cause i dont wrap very tight to begin with compared to others ive seen) anyway thats the issue it should be fine in a couple days

deadlifts 135 10 225 10 315 7 404 2 495 2 550 3 easy probably could get 5 but havent been doin any heavy reps so ill take it slow. will be adding 5#s to this every week for the next 5-6 weeks should be at 585 for 5 then no singles til week 7 405 10 same thing here thing here barbell rows 225 7 275 5 295 3 t-bar 4 plates 7 5 plates 7 6 plates 5 pullups/chin ups whatever you call em supersetted with hammer curls not quite 10 pullups 40# hammers 10 7 pullups 50# hammers for 9 5 pullups 60# hammers for 7 good workout im gettin used to that extra set of deadlifts for reps. Barbell rows are goin back up

Hey, showing your max lifts @ the bottom is a nice addition. This is a daily motivator 4 me now to c what you're doing. Good stuff. BTW, I have no kids so I'm an expert @ child rearing. My cousins used a paddle for their kids and they named the paddle. If they had a real problem they could always consult with Sam. Just the mention of talking with Sam ended most bad behaviors. Those kids are model citizens today. Nuff said.

power cleans bar only 10 95 6 135 5 185 5 standing overhead barbell press 135 8 155 6 175 5 made a little progress on both exercises from previous weeks couple more reps on each. i like progress ...lol upright rows barbell 95 8 115 6 135 3 dumbell shrugs 105s 10 117.5s 10 130s 9 1 giant set with the following 25# dumbells to near failure on all various reps from8-20 non-stop side raise front raise upright rows dumbell press bent over reverse raise seated incline dumbell curls 30s 15 40s 10 50s 5-6 preacher curls 95 12 115 10 incline skull krushers no more than 30 secs. rest between theese sets 30s 15 40s 10 50s 8 40s 10 30s 13 cardio 5 min warup to 120 BPM then mins 5 to 25 interval 120- 155 BPM cool down mins. 25- 30 ending at 115 BPM
