Cardio+ abs
3 sets of hanging leg raises
3 sets of incline situps/crunches
cardio 30 mins @ 120-130 took it easy today aggrivated right knee yesterday from wrapping to tight ( its weird cause i dont wrap very tight to begin with compared to others ive seen) anyway thats the issue it should be fine in a couple days

They have no choice we go everywhere together they all still love me, wife too ( so she says)....lol. all 3 of the kids got taken out of church yesterday and a litttle parking lot beating. The little guys says he dont like me now. I think i picked him off the ground by his ear. The beatins will continue til the morale improves

Hey, showing your max lifts @ the bottom is a nice addition. This is a daily motivator 4 me now to c what you're doing. Good stuff. BTW, I have no kids so I'm an expert @ child rearing. My cousins used a paddle for their kids and they named the paddle. If they had a real problem they could always consult with Sam. Just the mention of talking with Sam ended most bad behaviors. Those kids are model citizens today. Nuff said.

Thats the same SAM that was used at Mt. Carmel High School only the wrestling coach administered the SWATS he drilled holes in it and that thing whistled when he swung it. Can you sau OUCH MOTHER FUCKER..Good stuff

Bull shit, lazy is not doing anything. I'd say pushing yourself to do the cardio, which you hate, even if it's an easy day is what makes the big difference in the end. 5 min warup to 120 BPM then mins 5 to 25 interval 120- 155 BPM cool down mins. 25- 30 ending at 115 BPM
