First pic comes next monday. Also, instead of typing it every day. I take 1 multivitamin, 2 servings of flax seed oil also a day. No other supplements (I fucking despise creatine so please don't suggest it.) -Tues apr14- 1000mg TestE/ 25mcg t3 (we'll call it 25mcg) *WHAT? I figured i'd try this whole front loading theory out. 2 CCs in each thigh. -Wed apr15- 25mcg T3 / 100mg Masteron (Im just gonna get rid of it)

Ok, im gonna finish today on a new post and do a new one for every day afterwords (and just edit them as I go).. need to type this in before i forget lol...

Workout 1.)Legs: 1a.)Stiff Leg Dead Lift - 5 x 10 (225lbs) 1b.)Leg Press - 5 x 10 (275) lbs (pulley weight not free) 1c.)Leg Extension - 5 x 10 (175lbs) 2.)Calf Raise - 3 x 30 (90lbs) 3.)Shoulders (traps) 3a.)Dumbbell Shrugs 5 x 10 (85s) 3b.)Barbell Upright Row (3 x 10) 75lbs (was getting stiff) - Neglected Delts today I plan on doing all shoulder muscles with legs but I have chest tomorrow so I'll hit em a little bit via incline bench. - I honestly don't have an opinion on the front loading apart from the fact that my thighs are sore as fuck. Its only been 48 hours and its enan ester when should I mentally notice it? (Legitimately, not "Oh i know its in me Im gonna convince myself that I feel it.") - First 5 weeks a.) Lifting Mon-Sat 2nd 5 weeks b.) lifting m/t and th/fri and last 5 weeks c.) M/W/F with cardio in between I would explain more but since i probably won't stick to it lets just see how it goes lol. Also... probably gonna do mainly linear periodization as far as progression goes but I might change my mind and pyramid set. (if you don't understand.. : http://www.veloforce.net/non-linear.html) that site explains both a little i think (i didnt read it) - Also, if you want to be to the T ... So after I jacked my diet up yesterday at Chilis... (Didn't want to appear to be a flamer on my first date) here i Go
PS. FINE I'll BE HONEST. Went to my moms house after the date to say hello, ended up eating 4 or 5 huge baked choc chip cookies haha. Fuck, what an epic fail. -Fri Apr 17- 25mcg T3 100mg Masteron

thanks man... i actually have had to stay below 100lbs doing those for the last 3 or 4 years because any more makes my shoulders pop.. i'll try dumbbells.

Hey, I did pretty good waiting until I was 24 almost 25 to really mess with AAS. I started lifting weights when I was 12 and I never had any sort of moral barrier against it.
