Chest: Bench Reps 10,10,6,6,10 ; 225,245,255,265,225 Inclined Bench/ Fly Superset 3 x 10 (85's for press, 35's for flies) Triceps: Cable pulldowns 8 x 10 (didnt look at weight) - yeah sometimes you just aren't in the mood to lift Also, im not gonna eat any more carbs til i am happy with how ripped out I am, that said i'll be jumping from 3-4 t3 tabs tomorrow as well since the tabs really only have 16.7mcg of t3 each Last edited by geauxtigers29; 04-23-2009 at 04:38 PM. |

Photos Dated today. Friday, 24 APR. Yeah, bf is high but water retention has + 7lbs since i started so... i'd like to reiterate i had much more definition 10 days ago than i do now.

to get pussy. No hahha I really just wanted to be able to keep not eating carbs and still be able to gain some muscle while i was at it... I'm gonna be much stricter on the diet now that I've seen the pictures myself.

It would be much more effective, and you could get away with it, if you cut out the carbs completely.
You are eating bacon, cheese, etc, and you have to cheat on that with rice lol. Are you having a post workout shake? If so, what does it contain. |

So, I kinda gave up on my logs... but here are some pics from this week (Week 11 of 14)
Weight: 252lbs BF: Don't know dont care, I eat pretty well, I do 1 to 2 hours of walking on the treadmill (10-15 degree incline / 3.5mph) and ill see how much dieting i need to go when i shed the water weight post cycle I'm benching 405 im sure most older guys don't care... but I use it as a gauge in strength gains... i can't squat (i have schurman's disease, but I max out the leg press machines and have gone to sets where I hold contractions before and after 10 reps.
