I did'nt touch a weight or eat 3 solid meals per day for 4 months untill 1 week ago (cause of work) & all I can say is FUCK ME! I put on more muscle in a week than what I thought I could put on in a month (I should of started this thread a week ago!)
So I'm coming out of my shell, pictures, diet, training & cycles.... It will be great motivation to know that I will be reporting back to this thread with updates so I am really going to have to step it up to impress. This should be a very controversial thread, where alot of bro's talk the talk online, I am going to have to walk the walk... There will be nowhere to hide for me, I'm basically putting all my credibility as a Mod on the line so it better pay off. So buckle up & cause I weight about 198lbs @ 14-15% BF at the moment.... In November last year I was 255lbs @ about 12-13% BF. I started this intro to throw myself in the deep end so there is no turning back, I will snap some pics and begin to lay out how I plan to get in the shape of my life.... Peace.

not to sound like a dick. but i wish more posted pics on here. always curious to see what peoples bodies look like when i am 'putting my physique and health' in their hands when asking questions and listening to advice and doing what they say when it comes to gearing up.

Ate this today: Meal 1 5:00 1 Piece Fruit 200g Tilda Rice 8 Egg Whites 4 Fish Oil Caps Multi-vitamin, Calcium tab, Magnesium, ALA, 1g Vitamin C, 500iu Vitamin E Meal 2 8:00 1 Cup Oats Protein Shake Meal 3 10:00 Salad 200g Tilda Rice 200g Chicken 1 Tbls Olive Oil Calcium tab, 1g vitamin c, ALA Meal 4 12:30 Protein Shake Celery & Peanut Butter Meal 5 2:30 Salmon Veggies Sweet Potatao 400g Uncooked Train 4:30 Pre Train 1 Large scoop VP2 powder bcaa’s + 2g vitamin C Post Training 20g maltodextrin Meal 6 5:30 Chicken White Potatoes 400g Uncooked Meal 7 8:00 Red Mince Veggies Calcium tab, 1g vitamin C, Glucosamine, 500iu Vitamin E, ALA Back Training: (not including warm up sets, I only perform 1 work set per exercise any more and intensity falls off dramaticly, I will not list weights as everything is taken to complete positive & most importantly NEGATIVE failure) underhand chins 8 reps s/s(superset) w/ overhand pulldowns 7 reps d-bell rows 9 reps dropset 5 reps Drugs: As most of you know I am a fan of high doses, however I don't think I will need much to put on 30lbs so I am taking 700mg of test prop per week + 80mg of anavar per day which I take PWO

No training today gonna train the whole body over 3 sessions per week... I'm a big believer in HIT type training. As for diet I'm eating exactly the same as yesterday.

16/04/2009 Ate the same as always. Wanted to train legs but I got stuck on a job for 13 hours. Slept 8 hours.

Dumped 100mg of test prop in each calve & trained legs: Quads- Leg Press: 8 reps forced reps 5 reps drop set 3 reps forced reps 3 reps superset leg exstension 10 reps forced reps 8 reps Hams- Lying leg curl 6 reps drop weight & single leg negatives 8 reps superset stiff legged dead lifts 9 reps / drop set 3 reps Calves- Standing calve raises 1 big set of 50 reps over 6 drop sets

Predictions....
These are my main goals by the end of june while keeping around the same bodyfat %.... 1. get my arms from the 16 inches that they are now to 18 1/2 inches. 2. fill in my upper chest so it's nice & even again 3. take my calves up to 18 inches

I tried biceps omce, worse thing ever, and I use my thighs all the time.. Scarr tissue is a bitch, Injecting in my shoulders is like sticking the needle into a phone book from all the scarr tissue.
