Default first cycle done! my log, cycle, pics, etc

Quick Intro:
I want to first thank Steroidworld.com for all the info, great members, and legit sources. A special thanks to Espiros, Signal22, Zidane9979, Action; who really helped me along the way.
I am 29 years old. Been working out like a madman for 12+ years at least 4-6 days a week with literally no major break in that time. I have a stupid fast metabolism and it is SO hard for me to put weight on. My challenge has always been gaining size, though everything that I put on for weight has been pretty much muscle over the years. I feel I reached my natural limit so my last hope was getting geared up. I didn't want to waste my cycle so I ate like a mad man for the past 3 months. Eating me everything in sight both good and bad. I'd say at least half my calories and such each day was pasta, chicken, beef, broccoli, peas, corn, sweet potato, oatmeal, nuts, and protein shakes, and the other half was crap like fast food, sweets, chips, candy, donuts, you name it, I ate it. i know this isn't the usual approach but I just wanted to get in as much calories as I could. Below is my first cycle results. This is as of one week after last shot of test and before PCT. I will keep y'all posted as to how that goes. Please bare with me as I go through my cycle, log, and pics.

Cycle:
weeks 1-12 Testosterone Cypionate 500mg/week (250mg shot on mon. and thurs.) . company- EC
Weeks 1-6 D-Bol 30mg /day (30 minutes before workout) . company- Axio
weeks 14-16 Clomid 300mgs first two days starting on week 14 then, 100 mgs for 5 days, and last 7 days 50 mgs for a
total of 2 weeks . company- from a bear
weeks 14-18 Nolvadex 40 mgs on week 14, 20 mgs weeks 15 & 16 and then, 10 mgs weeks 17 & 18... company- from a bear
Weeks 14-18 Tribulus 1,200 to 1,500mgs a day all PCT... company- Twinlab

Workout:
Mon- abs, lwr back, chest, calves, forearms, 10min walk
Tues- abs, lwr back, back, calves, forearms, 10min walk
Wed- abs, lwr back, traps, shoulders, forearms, 10min walk
Thurs- calves, legs, abs, forearms, 10min walk
Fri- abs, lwr back, arms, forearms

Log:
I logged anything that stood out on my cycle such as bodyweight, injuries, strong lifts (for me)

November 17, 2008 174.8lbs, (pictures taken). first shot ever, right side glute, 23g 1.5” needle, went in easier than I thought it would and didn’t feel all that bad
November 20, 2008 second shot, much harder to inject myself in the left glute
November 24, 2008 180.8lbs
November 25, 2008 blew out lower back doing deadlifts
November 26, 2008 first chiropractor visit
December 1, 2008 182.6lbs extra sex drive. crazy muscle pumps begin
December 2, 2008 feeling a little bit of a right bicep strain
December 5, 2008 arms 17¼” (pumped)
December 8, 2008 flat dumbbell press 120x6, incline 100x7
December 9, 2008 right rotator cuff sore
December 12, 2008 arms 16 ½” dry
December 13, 2008 free-weight squat 315x8
December 15, 2008 190lbs, 300x1 bench
December 18, 2008 12 plates (each side) leg press x10
December 22, 2008 flat dumbbell press 120x8.5, incline 100x9(a little more acne on chest, shoulders and back than normal)
December 25, 2008 going lighter on bicep exercises, and doing lots of drop sets just to get the pump and nurse my bicep strain
December 26, 2008 lower back tweeked (again!) a little on leg workout
December 27, 2008 17” arms (dry)
December 29, 2008 196.8lbs, 315x1 bench
December 31, 2008 dumbbell shoulder press 80x8
January 1, 2009 woke up to a strange muscle strain on bottom of foot (believe it was from heavy shrugs the night before)
January 2, 2009 realizing that I might run out of my test cyp. So instead of shooting 1.25ml to get 250mgs I am shooting 1.1ml/cc. foot injury and back pain prevented yet another good leg workout
January 5, 2009 194.4lbs, flat dumbbell press 120x11
January 6, 2009 getting more aggressive, especially while driving. Going lighter on back pulldown exercises due to bicep strain
January 9, 2009 free weight squat 365x6 (back was finally feeling ok but then sprained my thumb taking off knee wraps!!!!) free weight squat 315x10 (had two more reps at least but sprained thumb was throbbing holding bar)
January 10, 2009 woke up to sore knees, legs, back, sprained thumb (dang heavy squats, lol)
January 11, 2009 pictures taken
January 12, 2009 193.6lbs, 325x1 bench (second attempt, with sprained thumb)
January 13, 2009 lots of small red dots (acne?) all over chest, shoulders, and back. Diet is still the same (eating everything in sight both good and bad), but am noticing less bloat around stomach area and abs looking more like they usually do (probably the D-Bol getting all out of my system?)


January 15, 2009 squat 315x10, 315x11
January 18, 2009 198.4lbs
January 19, 2009 shot .9ml/cc (have to try and make it last). Flat dumbbell press 120x11, incline dumbbell press 110x8
January 21, 2009 smith shrugs- 4plates and a 25 each side x15 (pretty easy). smith military press- 1 plate and a 25 x8 (bothered my rotator cuff a little)
January 22, 2009 shot .9ml/cc. leg press – maxed machine out with 13 plates each side x8
January 26, 2009 198.4lbs. shot .9ml/cc (one more shot left!!! Damn!!!) 330 bench (fail)
January 27, 2009 acne clearing up some
January 29, 2009 shot .5ml/cc (all I had left, last shot!!!!)
February 1, 2009 200lbs (cheated a little with water to reach 200lbs)
February 5, 2009 muscle pumps this week have been minimal
February 8, 2009 198.6lbs (pictures taken)

Pics:
taken at the beginning, middle, end (before PCT). its safe to say I am around 20lbs heavier by the end though you can't really tell I guess. And I am not showing my midsection because I have certain markings that would be a dead give away to my identity and since I am fixin to be famous someday soon I don't want to be involved in a steroid scandal.

Conclusion:
Ran out of gear!! Stupid, stupid, stupid! My cycle had to end two weeks early with the last weeks having me shoot less and less test. I don't know if I am the best candidate to gear up. I have issues; depression, anger issues, an addictive personality. My mind is so strong though, it's all about keeping myself in check. INJURIES!!! My cycle was plagued with them from the start! It sucked. My back made me hold back on leg and back workouts for most of my cycle. I have never been that strong, have more of a mind to muscle connection so I've always used less weight with great form. It was great to finally be able to bench over 300lbs and use heavy dumbbells with confidence. Gruntin, muscles bulging, looking big, feeling big. Next time around I will use less weight for more reps I think. Fixin to have my diet in check better next time. Even though I still made great gains and didn't really get fat eating the way I did this time, I will eat more solid quality foods next time and really concentrate on getting in more calories, protein, and carbs. I want to take measurements next time of my bodyparts so I can really see the difference as well as do bodyfat percentage. Got to get out of meathead mode and into bodybuilder mode meaning I need to build the muscles that are lagging to have better symetry (legs and chest) as opposed to just lifting heavy on everything only to injure myself and have my over developed muscles (shoulders and back) take over. And fixin to train chest and legs twice a week I think. GEAR! I never thought to order extra. My test came in 5ml bottles. Didn't realize that you lose some each time you shoot with getting air out and such. Next time I will have like two extra bottles around so I can actually shoot as much as I am suppose to for the full length of time. And finally; I am all about size so my next 3 or 4 cycles I want to do bulk cycles. So any suggestions for me would be great, thanks. From my reading I think I want to keep my test at no higher than 500mgs.

In my opinion, the coolest pic is your first and last front bi shot. And not the bis, but your traps. Look how skinny your neck looks in the first one (compared to the last one). In the last one they look like they go up to your years lol.

Wow... great stuff brother. the pics from beginning to end are quite amazing. as for the legs not a huge difference; but yes do challenge legs in your next cycle. hitting legs will also grow the entire body. but heh those pics are inspirational for alot of lads here.

yeah i was just thinking that too, i'd bang in heavy squats, heavy deads and leg press next cycle, grow like a weed.

i'm guessing the injury prevented good ole heavy shit on back n legs???

excellent upper body improvements on the front.

i would never recommend this to bulid size on such big muscles, you will overtrain them for sure!!
I noticed you like to do 1 rep maxes, dont bother this is pointless unless your gettin ready to powerlift and will cause injurys. no lower than 3reps for training!
I'd suggest on chest doing High intensity training where you do only 2 sets on each exercise that count cant do weight in pounds: -

flat bench

warm up 20kg bar 50 reps (no effort)
1plate a side 10 reps (easy)
1.5plates 10 reps (easy)
2 plates 6 reps (easy no effort but gettin pumped)
2.5plates full effort with fored reps 10 reps
2.75plates full effort

then incline no warm up necessary

2 heavy sets 6-10reps full effort

the 2 sets fly etc or move on to 2 heavy dips

I guarantee this will work done correctly, cut the volume in half double the intensity.
you get more aggression out since you said your on the edge!

chest was a weak point of mine and this really helped.



as for legs i'd do the same except on squats my first high intensity set is 3plates a side 20 ball bustin reps. and the second is 4 plates for 10 hard reps. legs need a high rep set.

hope this helps, more workouts is definetly not the way to go!

thanks y'all for your comments and suggestions. i couldn't go as heavy and high intensity on legs do to my lower back injury. ever try squatting with a blown out lower back?? not fun. and even when it started to get better from chiro visits and prof. masssages, my back would still get major pumped on squats and would take away from my leg workout. and no more heavy deadlifts for me ever. this is the second time i have messed my back up from doing them and i never thought i really got me much results from them anyway. and i only did some 1 rep maxes on bench because i dont really do that and just wanted to see how much i could do. i have to be careful when going heavy on chest because most of the weight goes to my big o shoulders and takes away from my chest. actually doing less weight now, 10-12 reps, and really getting mind to muscle kicking in. remember; every bodies different.
