    Those were some pretty impressive gains Crazed, I hope your second cycle goes as well. How many calories were you eating daily and how much protein?

    I'm in a similar boat as you, hard gainer and not as strong as I 'should' be. I'm exactly one wk into my first cycle and put on 3 lbs so far, but it's hard to tell how much is water, but its a start. That and I'm running a longer cycle b/c I'm on EQ. I'm hoping I can see some similar gains, but I've got a nagging shoulder injury (old snowboarding incident) that might hinder me a little.

    As for the TX boys, we're not all crazy, but there sure are a lot of us that are, no doubt.

    haha, gorgeous, you cute lil thang you thanks.
    i hurt my back at beginning of cycle and that made it hard to thrash on my legs so i didn't make me as good of gains as i couldve. this time around i'm hitting chest and legs twice a week (these are my two lagging muscle groups) and see what happens.
    mr. nick, i was getting in maybe around 4,000 calories a day. i found myself eating a lot of crap too. late night Whataburger excursions, eatin me some honey butter chicken biscuits, mmm. it is all about diet when you're a hard gainer like me though. eat, eat, eat. and when you think your eating big, sit down and actually figure out what you take in in a day, you will be surprised that it isn't as much as you thought. this time around i'm fixin to take in around 4,600 calories a day but eat a little cleaner. harder to do so, and one week in i feel like a stuffed lil piggy already but whatever. got me some sample diets from FLEX magazines that i have saved over the years so i'm using those as a guideline. and first weigh in is tomorrow night.

    i loooove food too, i'm addicted to it the same as i'm addicted to stilettos and dresses lol...but i have to watch what i eat sometimes, because it'll be an even harder workout the next day!
