okay so my first week goes by.........
gain about 5 pounds, doesn't feel like water weight....??? bench goes up from 225 to 245.... squat goes from 275 to 315 military press goes from 135x7 to 155x7 thanks for all your help fellas!!! ![]() ![]() will be getting yearly sub soon!!! ![]()

okay so 2 weeks gone by........
gained 10lbs....some water bench 265.....tried only once squat 350...tried only once military 165x7 curls 135x10 all others have also increased. ok now the bad news......i fucked my back up at work so will be on naproxen for a week or so. swelling is a little bad but will be okay. im still gonna inject but should i stop the d-bol while on the meds. meds are prescription strength. ![]() ![]() ![]()

okay so i got hurt at work so i didn't hit the gym at all this week......until today!
strength is still same maybe even more but i didn't push do to injury......still stronger than bigger guys in the gym ![]() ![]() gained 0lbs which is good cause no water........ this week i will be working myself back to form so by next week i will have better results.... by the time im done with this cycle i will probably hit 225lbs......im lovin it....thanks fellas!!!!! ![]() ![]() end week 3 |

starting week 5................
last week of d-bol..... yesterday i put up 285lbs.....only once just to test...could probably do 295 but will wait till next week......big jump from 225!!!!! squat is at 375...... gained about 15lbs solid muscle........i feel like a rock!!!!!.....upper body is noticeably bigger stronger.....lower body has almost caught up as i never did legs as much but i am taking advantage and doing legs a lot!!!! every other lift has gone up 15-25lbs from start...... ![]() just would like to thank the mods, Action and Badstone for all your help.......and of course the other members in this place that make this what it is!!!!!! ![]() ....i joined the right place.....

stopped d-bol this week......feel like shit.... no energy at all.........lost strength a little size.....hoping test is good quality and hope it kicks in soon.....feel like i need to start pct......still working out like i was though cause i don't let this slow me down ![]() should i up my test from 500/week to 700/week or just fight through..... ![]() ![]()
