Post The Bicycle, Pt 2

Alright, i know my last log fell off a bit, but i was in and out of the country towards the end of that cycle. To update, sitting at 5'5, 5'6 on a good day, weighing in at 265 on the dot, 10.6%bf

Goal - 295 maintaining around 10%bf.

THIS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS - THIS IS ME, THIS IS MY BODY, I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING, DON'T THINK YOU CAN JUST COPY THIS AND BE A MONSTER. ITS A GOOD WAY TO GET DEAD.

I'm posting this up now so that whenever the gear comes in I can get right to it. Before that all gets here I will be posting my diet plans, workout routines, supps, peps, research chems etc.

The cycle ill be doing
Dbol - 30 pre, 20 post for 4 weeks
250 Test E per week for 2wks for a bump

When the gear comes in
Test E - 500qwk
EQ - 1800qwk

Will be a 16wk cycle


I am on HGH, 2ius straight from a pharmacy, will be creeping to 10ius starting next week. Have been on for about a year, 14 months to be exact.

I plan on getting on IGF-lr3, and insulin while on cycle

Peps
GHRH
GHRP6
Ipamorellin

Chems
S4
Osta
GW50156

Ill throw up a list of supplements later



Diet now is around 6500-8000 calories, will be taking it to around 10kcals on cycle and upping the carbs big time.

Gym routines
-I go every morning and every evening, and get some light work in before bed. Ill put up the routines later.

Any tweaks or input feel free

questions on anything else dm me

Should be grounded for the next 3 months so I will do my best not to slack with this log.

Alright guys, here is what my typical day is looking like. Have some HGH from prior source, and slin/IGF and some other things on hand so i've got it rolling minus gear.

What my schedule looks like --

530a - MK-2866, GW501516, MK-677, Ipamorellin, GHRP6, Mod GRF 129, then i bounce right in to my morning routines ill post up later

630a - Breakfast
~880 calories
3 whole eggs 10 whites,6 bacon, 1 cup oatmeal, 8oz milk

730a - Protein Shake
~400 calories, protein mix/fruit/veggies

830a - GHRP6, Mod GRF-129

9a - Snack
~ 850 calories
Protein shake, 2 can tuna, 1/4 brown rice, cheese, 8oz milk

11a - Lunch
~1200 calories
1 cup peas, 2 chicken titties, 1 cup brown rice, cheese, banana

1p - Preworkout Meal
~800 calories
1 cup white rice, 1 chicken breast, 1 cup mashed potatoes

130-2p
HGH, Insulin (Mutants)
Shake# 1 about 10 minutes before workout
-20g EAAs, 60g low DE Maltodextrin, 5g creatine, L-arginine, Citrulline, Caffeine

Shake #2
30g EAAs/BCAAs, 120g Dextrose, 5g Creatine, L-arginine, Taurine, Citrulline

After workout
IGF-LR3

Shake #3
2 cups egg whites, 1 cup dry oats, 1 banana, 1 cup rasberries

4p - Early Dinner
~1200 Calories
1/2 cup white rice, 1/2 cup brown rice, protein shake, 2 cans tuna, cheese, 1/2 cup peppers, 1 cup peas

5:30p
~250 calories
Protein shake with mixed berries

7p - GHRP6, Mod GRF-129

7:30p - Dinner
~1500 calories
-Protein/berries, cheese, 1/2lb beef, 12oz ground turkey, 1 cup brown rice

9p - Snack
~700 calories
2 can tuna, 1/2 cup white rice, 1/2 brown rice, 1 cup peas

10p - Before bed routines (post later)

1030-11p (intra workout)
Shake #4
~350 calorie protein shake with 5-10g complex carbs

Before bed
-MK-2866, GW501516, MK-677, Ipamorellin, GHRP-6, Mod GRF-129, T4



^Thats essentially my day. When I get the gear, i will be upping the calories a little bit and adding a cup of cottage cheese at around 3-4am.
I think it was Mands or WW who told me to try that once when i was talking about diet and HGH, and i thought they were crazy (they are anyway ) but it actually filled a void where I wasn't getting any calories in and I noticed a difference.

I just skimmed thru this on the run. Looks good. I'm. I'm not sure I saw where you clarified that you were taking Humalog or another fast acting insulin. Those of us that use this may assume, forget, or take for granted the reader knows this already. Not for beginners

Quick Update, more detailed update will follow tomorrow

Weight is up to 278 this am before first meal. Mirror is telling me I'm a little less lean but not too much. Will be checking bf% tomorrow while I'm at work.

2RM have gone up about 25lbs on bench, damn near 50 on squat, and dead lift before the pump crippled me i added 100lbs for one rep and locked it in clean.

At the moment focusing on power cleans to really thicken up and get my core solid before i work on the other lifts.

Diet is going well, I'm actually hungry most of the day if you guys can believe that.

Whats going on brothers
Update

Feeling heavy these days, 285lbs, bf% has picked up a little bit, sitting at 13.5% right now. Its pretty visible and its bugging the shit out of me but it's not the end of the world. I am stronger, fuller, happier and hungrier. lol

Gym routines are getting easy, reworking in the process. The endurance that i have is pretty insane. The GW501516 is really doing its part. I was never a long distance runner but with this nice weather I've been taking advantage of being able to do outdoor cardio/power routines. Back to my high school days, ran 5 miles in 29:48. Its been years since i was able to do that. It didn't even feel like i was running, and i was not out of breath at all. Hill sprints are easy, even at my weight.

I have noticed, however, my joints are taking a beating.I am debating on throwing in some Deca at a lower dose, maybe 400mg a week or so. This is one of the first cycles i have run that i didn't include Deca, and i can really feel the different in the joints.

Diet - going strong. It blows me away that I am hungry all day even with thew amount of calories that i am taking in. I added one extra carb/protein mix early morning before the first meal/breakfast, and i bumped my sunday routine an extra 2500 calories. With my work schedule, sundays i am usually out most of the day with limited access, so i have to prep everything and really plan it out. I guess you could call it a rest day.

I forgot to mention how insane my pumps have been at the gym. There were a couple times i had to stop lifting because the pump was so painful that my range of motion was literally out the window. Doing legs every AM, the pump is still insane, and its all peps/research chems at that point. With the slin/HGH pre workout later in the day, the pump is even crazier and it doesn't go away. I swear i am walking around with a pump from last week. When i am benching and crank it up and lock it out it feels like my chest is gonna explode out of my shirt.

Not much in the way of measuring, but my arms aren't fitting in any of my shirts since i started this. So with a new wardrobe, i think i might bust out the tape measure, and of course i bought shirts a good two sizes bigger than needed. Goals. lol

I'll toss up an update of my new routines and what my days are looking like now in a few days.
