    Default DNP log-Yohimbe

    Hey all

Been out of action on the boards for a while with one thing and another but hopefully back to stay.

    Time for another log-DNP

Before get into it, its a dangerous drug and not to played with and not for foolhardy-as with insulin there's no bouncing back from an OD on this.
Definitely not for the beginner and for someone who has exhausted all other options of strict dieting and other compounds for fat loss and genetically can't get into single digit bodyfat levels. This is a compound of last resort.

Having said that i ran it for a week at low doses escalating to get a feel on how i would manage and tolerated it fairly well at 200mg- 600mg on crystalline DNP

Lots of misconception out there but there are two types of DNP, crystalline and pure. The pure has a moisture content to keep it stable and needs to be dried out before use. (DNP is an explosive)

The crystalline is crystallized. The main difference for our purposes is the crystalline is 75% strength of pure DNP cos of the crystal weight (much in the same way of test base and test enth with the ester weight) so my max dose of 600mg is actually 450mg pure DNP

I've started my actual first cycle now this week, now I've established my tolerance.
I'm following a low calorie keto diet (around 2,000 calories) with one day a week carb up
I've started on 400mg/day (300mg DNP) for 3 days (Thurs-Sat). DNP has 36hr half life so need to use for at least 3-4 days before bumping up the dose.
I bumped the dose to 600mg on Sunday (450mg DNP)

The effects are lethargy-this gets to me and am using yohimbine and low dose ECA just to help get through the day.
Also needs to be taken with food otherwise get very nauseous

The heat is a factor, get very hot and sweaty all the time, but not unbearably as i've seen posted. Obviously this is very individual and this is just my experience but you are sweating constantly but it is tolerable

I have noticed some water retention on this dose-nothing severe but definitely a bit.
And have had some carb cravings for the last couple of days

Water and hydration are the most important factors on DNP. I'm having around 4-5l of water per day and mixing this with 2-3 table spoons of glycerine as this helps with hydration.

Supplements I'm using is around 4-5000mg day of vit c and 1000iu if vitE and zinc and potassium
I'm also using Beta Sleep (Benadryl) as an anti histamine as you can develop and allergic reaction to DNP

I will start T3 next week as DNP will drop your T3 levels at this dose.

Other than this I'm using 3IU per day of GH (blue tops). Been on this for a couple of months so the fat loss effect over next couple of weeks will be from the DNP

So far quite tolerable at this dose, apart from nausea one morning and the sweating (have AC cranked up and take and sit in front of my fan at work)

If all goes well will bump up at end of this week to 800mg (600mg)

I haven't done a bodyfat test as my caliper set went missing with my breakup from the mrs, so will just use the mirror as a guide.

I'm planning on doing a 3 week cycle depending how i manage

    Thanks Cookie-good to be home

Nothing new to report-hitting 600mg, 400mg in morning and 200mg in evening.

Am taking with food which stops the nausea completely.

Hot and sweaty but not unbearable and get through the day at work. Just wearing dark clothes and take my fan with me.
I think the keto is helping with the heat-am doing a carb up on Saturday so will see how high dose of carbs affects body heat

Definitely noticed water retention in my face-problem with DNP is you don't see much in the way of results while you're on it due to the water retention.
Will check body weight tomorrow morning-starting weight was 183lbs

Thanks Thug and Mr good to be back guys

My last weigh in still same weight at 183lbs. Bumped the dose to 800 and felt bit warmer but nothing too dramatic. Again difficult to see much fat loss at this stage as am retaining quite bit of water esp in face-look a bit puffy and few people have commented on it.

Other than that, skin is feeling a bit itchy and irritated so definitely some sort of allergic reaction. Nothing major and wouldn't really think anything of it if not on dnp, but benadryl or some sort of anti histamine is necessary

So started carb up today and that changed everything-have been dripping with sweat all day-am sitting in front of the fan with spray bottle of water. This is what I was expecting to feel like on dnp.
So diet is the big factor on the tolerance of dnp. On keto its quite tolerable, on high carbs you're going to suffer.

Now the question is when does it work better-in prescence of carbs or not because of the dramatic increase in body heat.

This time around am going to stick with keto and when I run it again, will use highish carb diet see if there's a difference in the results on the same dose.

Will run a second carb up on Wednesday

Time for update-went away on holiday and was originally planning to stop before left, but carried on with DNP at 800mg throughout and am still on-so has turned out to be a long cycle-nearly a month now.

Have suffered a bit with the heat, esp down at coast where it gets to high 90's F with fair bit of humidity, but just got used to sweating and making sure having lots of fluids and was fine going to the beach, swimming etc

I've been following strict keto with weekly carb ups, but bit more calories than i would normally-around 2,200, mainly from increasing the protein. Carb ups i allow myself any carbs and don't count calories, but try to keep fat low to around 20%-25%

The good news am down to 9% bodyfat on 5 pt caliper test-which is low by anyone's standards, but for me is an achievement as its the first time in my life i've dropped below 12% even on pgcl and first time ever in single digits.

My bodyweight is just about 180lbs, drops to around 178 day before carb up and about 182 after carb up

Will have to come off soon, but am quite comfortable on this dose and seeing great results.

I may be fairly tolerant to its side effects and it still must be considered dangerous, but I've found it quite tolerable once you get used to being sweaty and getting the fluids in.
I've been using ECA with it and haven't had much of a problem with lethargy-your workouts do suffer and this is where you do notice it

There are times i get carb cravings but nothing too dramatic, and get out of breath a bit. otherwise quite tolerable on what is a high dose, so IMO the sides are over exaggerated.

So my take is definitely the best fat burner out there and pips pgcl, although pgcl is definitely second and am still a big fan of pgcl
Sides are over exaggerated and once you get used to the being hot and sweaty fairly tolerable-and i'm in a hot climate
Seems to be muscle sparing as i don't feel I've lost muscle and pump up nicely after a carb up
Must ensure you get enough fluids as you do lose a lot of fluids
Seems to negatively impact sex drive a little-maybe its the heat but have noticed a slight drop in sex drive
The increase in heat is exponential when you add lots of carbs

Will update with post cycle rebound if there is

WOW! 9% YO! Congrats on reaching your goal after all these years of careful training, dieting and cycling. You're a tenacious SOB and a generous one to share all this data with us over the years.

Do you remember where your bf was in 2008? I do and this news makes my day. Great achievement Yohimbe.

Thanks all-i'm impressed with dnp and is definitely going to be a fat loss staple for me.
My bodyfat 2008 was 22% at about 230lbs. Now 9% at 180-so a lot lighter but lean. Was also using high test doses then which didn't help as I'm quite estrogen sensitive.

Been clean for just over a year now just using peptides and started hgh about 3 months ago. When cycle again will use very low test or even test free shics.

Because DNP is non hormonal there are some who claim it can reset your bodies set bodyfat that it will return to if bodyfat levels are kept low for significant amount of time.
I'm expecting some sort of rebound, but am going to use this as a long term approach and hoping that keeping my bodyfat low for long time with aids will reset the level at which my bodyfat stays naturally within a given calorie range. Obviously if you start hammering the calories you are going to gain bodyfat, but if you can reset your bodies natural bodyfat levels at maintenance calories using dnp and pgcl, so will see how this holds out over next year or so.
