This is my first cycle doin test e 250 twice a week. Ive been on for three weeks now no sides yet. When i started i weighed 244lb now im up 250lb. Its kind of weird because my weight been bouncin between 250-255 but i think its mostly because of my diet. Ive totaly lost my whole diet plan it sucks. I never did measure bf yet but i do have alot in the belly area. I judge myself by my clothes n it seems to get lose in the waist area tight in the chest n shoulder.
So far my strength is endless each week i pass every goal i gave myself. Especialy this week wow i think im feelin the test. My skin is gettin tighter and today i had three people tell "hey u look like u gettin bigger n wider." Im not sure if that was meant in a good way or not. Thats all i got so far im pretty stoke about my strength gain. Hopefully i can keep sum of it after. |

Thanks bro will keep yall posted. The training im pretty much on with my plan all accept for my cardio. Jus hate cardio its to borring, n usually by the time i get off of work its late night. But my damn diets is wat needs more work. I think i got to find new recipes. Thanks again bro

Thanks to u my man for all your help and advice. I have no problem pinn but i still get that knot feelin the next day thou. But nothing I cant handle.
So im on my 5th week still no sides n bouncin between 250-256lb. But in the mirror i can see my gains as well as feel my body gettin harder pumps. My strength is still gettin better. Each week i set a max goal on a certain body part n most of the time i push more or just under that goal. Pretty good for somebody who has no gym partner, and a crazy work schedule. So far everything is excellent. And damn i almost forgot the sex drive has been goin crazy as well too. My GF keeps askin why im so reved up n go like a porn star. Lol.. |

Jus finishin week 7. When i first started i weighed 244lb, for the first 3 weeks. Then week 5 my eattin habbit was off but my trainin was harder then ever. I weighed 250 at that time. Now week 7 im eattin like a horse my stomach is shrinkin, body is gettin harder n i weighed 254lb. Im truly impress wit myself. Ofcourse i still have alot of body fat to get rid of but wow, this is the best i felt n look since high school.
To bad i only got a few weeks left. My mind is already wonderin wat should i do for the next cycle. |

sounds about the same road I'm on but I'm going to run 10 weeks and then start cutting up.

I'm on 500mg Test / 600 EQ now going to start HGH the first of the month with these

Yea im doin 10 weeks so i have 3 week left. But i think i want to bulk up again then start cuttin up. I like the big bulky look but i like look hard as a rock as well lol.
