    Thumbs up First cycle test e 500/ week

    This is my first cycle doin test e 250 twice a week. Ive been on for three weeks now no sides yet. When i started i weighed 244lb now im up 250lb. Its kind of weird because my weight been bouncin between 250-255 but i think its mostly because of my diet. Ive totaly lost my whole diet plan it sucks. I never did measure bf yet but i do have alot in the belly area. I judge myself by my clothes n it seems to get lose in the waist area tight in the chest n shoulder.
    So far my strength is endless each week i pass every goal i gave myself. Especialy this week wow i think im feelin the test. My skin is gettin tighter and today i had three people tell "hey u look like u gettin bigger n wider." Im not sure if that was meant in a good way or not.
    Thats all i got so far im pretty stoke about my strength gain. Hopefully i can keep sum of it after.

    At that weight and hight ur prob a little heavyer then me! im 217 right now ive been cutting i to am on test e 500 and just finished! If i was you i would just try to cut yor weight or stay the same so you dont hav to much weight to lose. I did the same thing as you because i wanted to gain more musle before cutting witch worked out ok i put a good 10 pounds of pure musle but now im cutting anyways at the end going into pct. And it prob would have been better if i just cut everything and bluked next time! But eather way it will be fine just letting you know cause like i said i did the teste e and dbol...     Yea bro believe it or not about a year n a half ago i was 205lb that was right b4 i found out i was bout to have a baby gurl. I thought i looked ok but to me personaly i thought i was weak and wanted to get sum slab of muscles. To me 215-225 was a nice weight but most people i talk to say 245-250 is better. But i def. Understand wat u are saying. Lean out then bulk out hard wit less fat to lose. Something to think about thanks bro..

    yeah bro keep up the good work.

    i have been able to keep about 80% of the strenght gains from my last cycle.

    do your pct right,eat right, and train right you should be able to keep some good strength gains, from your cycle.

    Thanks bro will keep yall posted. The training im pretty much on with my plan all accept for my cardio. Jus hate cardio its to borring, n usually by the time i get off of work its late night. But my damn diets is wat needs more work. I think i got to find new recipes. Thanks again bro

    Jus finishin week 7. When i first started i weighed 244lb, for the first 3 weeks. Then week 5 my eattin habbit was off but my trainin was harder then ever. I weighed 250 at that time. Now week 7 im eattin like a horse my stomach is shrinkin, body is gettin harder n i weighed 254lb. Im truly impress wit myself. Ofcourse i still have alot of body fat to get rid of but wow, this is the best i felt n look since high school.
    To bad i only got a few weeks left. My mind is already wonderin wat should i do for the next cycle.

    Yea im doin 10 weeks so i have 3 week left. But i think i want to bulk up again then start cuttin up. I like the big bulky look but i like look hard as a rock as well lol.
