    Whats up all

    Been sitting on some PCGL for a few months and am on leave this week, so decided to start using it and log my experience

    Yesterday was my first day-did first shot at 60mcg in left pec with slin pin

    Got a bit clever with the dose and it fucked me up. This isnt to be played with

    It hits quickly as well-10 minutes after the pin suddenly started getting feeling of something running up my back as if someone walked across your grave. Then within another 5 minutes broke out in severe sweats-literally dripping off everywhere as if youd been in a sauna for an hour.

    THen the stomach cramps hit, and the fucking toilet got hit like its never been hit.
    Nausea, cramps as if youve got one of those bad stomach bugs. This was within 25min of pinning.

    Unfortunately it didnt end there-the cramps continued for another 6 hrs-didnt eat the entire day until about 6pm. Finally settled down after about 8 hrs and started feeling human again.

    Today I didnt pin until after 5-had to go into work and didnt want to risk it.
    Did a bicep shot at half the dose-30mcg. Also got the same feeling but nothing as bad as yesterday. Stomach cramps only lasted about 20min and then seemed to be ok.
    Going to continue at 30mcg twice per day and then maybe go up to 3x per day depending how it goes, but definitely wont pin more than 30mcg in one sitting.

    Bodyfat is at 16.5% with 4 point method, and am planning on using it this week while on leave and will let you know how it goes.

    But fuck me, Ive never had anything hit me so hard in such a short time from pinning-not for the faint hearted, thats for damn sure.
    Better work.

    BTW am on cycle of tren ace 700mg per week, 350mg test prop per week and 40mg dbol per day-planning on this being last week of a 7 week cycle.

    Yeah me too-didnt use it after reading his thread and havent been able to take any leave for about 6-7 months now and didnt want to take it while working just in case, well, shit your pants at work

    Hit left bicep this morning at 30mcg. Usual sides, but far more tolerable and within 30-45min has all but worn off. Might hit it 3x today and see how it goes.

    Seems the standard is you get a cold feeling running up your spine 10-15min after pinning. Then you start burning up-nothing like the first time-just hot flshes and sweating. Then mild cramps and then hit the loo. 30-45min wears off and feeling fine, albeit stomach is a little unsettled

    Sitting at just about 220lbs post workout weight

    Pinned 30mcg at lunch time-same shit-lol-but definitely seems to have calmed down a lot and a lot more tolerable. Am going to pin again later tonight so total dose today will be 90mcg.

    Havent noticed much so far ito of fat loss-maybe a little more vascular, but suppose its early days. Will check my weight post workout. Appetite seems to be down a bit

    Have dropped 3lbs or so with last nights weigh in-probably just water-but definitely noticed a definite increase in vascularity in my arms.

    Had huge pumps last nite in my arms as well-so am hoping this is the pcgl. Tricky to say because I hit 30mg of dbol before training and that always pumps me, but it seemed more than usual somehow.

    The last pin of the day was abit rough-started getting the stomach cramps again quite bad-lasted about 40 minutes or so and was then fine

    Bp is up a bit-seems to be fluctuating so going to keep an eye on it-highest reading was 140/79 but seems to be around 125/65 for the most part. Just have to keep checking it not sure why it went high-wasnt really doing anything

    Usually around 115/65

    Seem to have balanced it out and am getting used the process-pinning three x per day at 30mcg per pin.
    Same shit- - get the cold feeling up your spine 10 min after pinning, then start sweating a bit and have to hit the toilet. Stomach cramps a little. Then seems to wear off after about half and hour and then fine.

    Seem to be visually losing bodyfat-but still too early to say. Will did the 4 point test on friday and see if there is a difference.
    Have only really been using it for two days like this as the first day was a disaster after the 60mcg in one sitting that fucked me up and the second day only pinned 30mcg once.

    Rule of thumb is to pin on empty stomach and to avoid stomach area-am only doing bis at the moment.

    Keeping on keeping on. The last pin of the day seems to be the worst-suppose you've got more food in your digestive tract.

    Definitely have dropped some bodyfat visually. Will weigh in the afternoon after gym and will take bodyfat on Sat

    Something I have noticed is there seems to be some site growth at the biceps. Should have taken exact measurements beforehand, but wasn't planning on pinning biceps to start. Will keep a check now though-arms are just over 17" cold so will see.

    Normally with site growth its just muscle irritation from pinning and I don't buy into actual growth, but this is different, there is no irritation-pinning is very similar to hcg. And I'm using a slin pin so its not deep intramuscular, just surface.

    would be nice. Will keep tabs on it.

    It could be-I didn't measure beforehand as I wasnt planning on pinning bis. I'll check at the end of the week and see if there has been any growth.

    Am down 5lbs now. Was very flat today at gym-not sure if its lack of sleep or PCGL taking its toll. Doing carb up tomorrow so will see how it goes over the weekend

    Definitely noticeable drop in bodyfat, but will test on Saturday.

    The sides a bit rough I must admit-sort of getting used to it now, but certainly not a long term thing-could only be done in bursts, and still not sure how practical it is to use on a normal working day-would definitely only be able to pin 2x per day.

    See how it goes but so far it seems to be the most efficient fat burner I've used. And I don't think its from the lack of transit time of the food in the digestive tract-there is something else at work. If it was it will have an effect, but the fat loss will slow drastically within a week as your body will go into starvation mode.

    Nothing new to report really-the dosing after the carb up was a bit harsh, but was expecting it to be, but still doable, the routine just gets a bit old.

    Tomorrow will take bodyfat test and weigh in after training, so will post up. Will also do measurements to see if there has been any sort of site growth as I've been pinning biceps exclusively
