Sorry for late reply-been off the boards for a bit with personal shit and one thing and another.
All in all I'm happy with the pgcl-kept the bodyfat down for well over a year now doing countless cycles.
It seems to work very well for the first two weeks and then the results slow somewhat so best to cycle it 2 weeks on and 2 or 3 weeks off.
as far as muscle growth and even spot fat reduction i haven't really seen any evidence of this, but as far as dropping overall bodyfat its the best thing i've used to date and if you can tolerate the sides, is far superior to clen, eca's or T3.
Currently about to start experimenting with DNP so will start a thread on that, but other than DNP best fat burner IMO
