Exactly! It tears my pecs up..I also like to squeeze the bar together during the negative on my bench press. Some call it "breaking the bar". I mean, the hands really don't go anywhere. They still remain at wide grip but the idea is to squeeze the pecs together like they would in a fly movement. When I do these I definitely don't get as many reps in vs just letting the bar rest on the palms.

you actually build more muscle in the negative movement.

I had a 12 day layoff due to leaving for vacation. Back yesterday for some light chest. Wow..I can't beleive how much of strength I lose from 12 days off. Back serious now for next six month. Almost out of the tren blend for the TRT so I'm deciding whether to do a light deca cycle or continue with 12 to 16 more weeks of this tren blend for HRT. My overall well being is very good so far. I'd consider using this blend long term currently.

Ok. to summarize. I gained 15 pounds on this 13 week test. I have stablized about 7 pounds over my stable long termTRT weight. libido was very good on this blend. mood was good. overall well being was good. skin was good meaning no crazy breakouts on back, etc.

I am going on a light deca cycle next week so this trial is over. I will return to using it after cycle to see if I can retain gains better than going back to straight test.

Im planning on 400 deca and 200 or 250 test. Any suggestions welcome.

Having laid off the 12 days and then coming back to workout was rough but I think it kicked started some gains again because I'm feeling fuller and gained a few more pounds. I'm about 20 up so far from day 1 and am looking forward to the upcoming intense workouts i have planned. I'm rethinking about delaying the deca cycle for a few months. No sense in it if I am still gaining.

Will do. I actually started the light deca cycle today. I was going to hold off but decided to go for it.

I did flats yesterday. My chest is sore so that is good. Flat bench feels foreign to me right now until I can get the groove going.

Here is a picture of me finishing the trt experiment. Consider this a before pic to the light deca cycle I just started. I'm really not sure what to even expect since I've never done deca. I'm doing 400mg deca/200mg test c and im front loading 500mg first week. I must say my arm pumps were very incredible yesterdays workout so not sure if the deca was the cause.

Thanks WW.

I haven't gained any weight from the deca yet. My workouts are good and it feels like I'm getting a nice post workout fullness. I noticed the back of my neck is getting thicker as well. I'm looking forward to what deca has to offer.

thanks ww and rep. my calves need to be brought up but I am not neglecting them. I estimate i'm 14 or 15%. So far I am only about 3 pounds more on this deca cycle than with the tren trt blend. I'll just go back to the blend after cycle and hopefully keep most of the gains.

I'm wide but not very thick from the side. I think its why i have such a hard time with bench. I've neglected my low back for 30 years because of a severe back injury but I'm trying to do core this year so hopefully i will get some thickness to my low back by years end.
