    Default Was in the Hospital..
    Just got out of the hospital yesterday. Was there since Tuesday. (5nights & 6 days) The first 4 of those days I couldnt eat or drink a thing. Diverticulitis was the culprit. The pain was something that I never felt before!! Have to put more fiber in my diet. Must of lost about 5% body fat. Not the way I was planning on doing that though!

    Wow, Eureka that's brutal! I drink a scoop of psyllium husk in my protein shake daily and a double scoop before bed if there's an occasional "issue."

    At least you lost some BF and hopefully you're going to be alright now..?

    I'll be fine just getting some solid rest and some more antibiotics for another 2 weeks. Getting in some fiber shouldnt be a problem. Alot of roughage fruits and veggies, you know, all the good stuff. LOLOL.. Thanks guys!!!
