tapatalk question to admin

I have this cool phone app called tapatalk that basically lets my phone browse and respond to boards easily but the board has to support it. Is this board capable of it. There are about 5 lifting boards that support it that I see so far.

The problem is that the board loses control of the content when/if it would be used. Given the hypothetical nature of the threads, not sure that that would be the best long term alternative.

What do you mean loses content? You mean from the VIP areas? As I said before, the other 5 boards have the same topics that may be considered the same. Is tapatalk being used as a proxy? I was thinking it was just a mode for the board to send information out in a simplified manner for the tapatalk client.

When a board signs up to use Tapatalk the T&Cs make mention of the use of the posts by Tapatalk.

I don't know the complexities of the application or the am I a lawyer, but I know that I had asked a similar question on another board and I was given the reasons above. I like the app too. It is nice to be able browse the forums quickly. Again, I have no skin in this game... and could be completely talking out of my ass here.

The way I understand it, if you want to retain exclusive control/ rights of the posts, you don't have a third party intermediary.
