Need sleep aid
Hey fellaz,
A little introduction on my behalf is I am a college student, 21, and play football at a D2 university and i need a full nights rest and cant seem to get it until i discovered xanax.....those put me to sleep right away and i can carry on my with my busy schedule, i cant do that on a bad nights rest. ...that is the reason i use them , i dont use them to get fucked up and i hardly even drink being an athlete....is there anyway you can point me in the right direction brothas?? any adivce would help guys, just PM me thanks!!

Bro xanax is pretty potent stuff I use a over the counter sleep aid it works pretty well. I also had a good friend turn me on to some valium 10mg and I slept a rock I was just worried about getting depended on it.

MELATONIN - 3MG. I take a half of a 3mg melatonin and pass out within 30 mins. I think 5mg is the biggest over the counter dose for melatonin. Hope this helps.
You feel refreshed when you wake up, not tired. It is also cheap!

yeah....ive tried.....gaba, melatonin, and valerian root.....none of the herbal remedies are working....if anyone out there could PM me that would help my life so much.....i promise to take only what i need....it just sucks not being up to full potential because of a lowsy nights sleep....please let me know.

Try some unisom Bro you can get it over the counter any drugstore. Make sure you can get at least 8 hours or, you will feel grogy

i hear you and respect your opinion.....i worked at a GNC all throughout High School.....i know what works for me and what doesnt work for me is all......i want what works for me personally everyone is different....anybody got any answers for me PM please, thanks guys!

no pack....i would never ask someone to get rid of their own presription.....i am looking for a supplier witha list that applies to the U.S......or a domestic supplier....i had one in the past but now need a new one as ols supplier it taking a break....please PM me guys. really. thank you.
