seatbelt ticket WTF

so i got my first ticket for seat belt i went to the court house to pay up front and they pulled a big baba on me in the ass 8==D

47.00 fine...... reasonable
105.10 fee's..... wat fukin fee's i didnt ever go see a judge

152.10 for a fucking seat beat
my friend crossed a red light and was charged 75.00 total

Makes tons of sense doesn't it brother. In PA, you'll get a ticket for not wearing your seat belt but hey lets jump on the motorcycle without a helmet and your ok. How many fucking people did you run over with your bicycle when you were a kid riding on the sidewalk (NONE) and you never got ran the fuck over by a car either. Now the City has painted bike lanes all over the fucking street that have worn off and of course never get re-painted but lets give some guy a ticket for riding his bike on the sidewalk also.... Ok, I give it the smart mother fucker that made up that bike LAW, yeah I've seen one or two people get hit by some idiot riding his bike to fast on the sidewalk but 100's get run the fuck over by riding in the ST??????.........WTF

Next time fucking fight it and tell them you took your belt off while the officer approached so you can reach your paperwork in the Glove Box. WTF, was he driving right next to you watching you so close to see if your seat belt was on,,,,,,well FUCK HIM then he should get a ticket for not keeping his eyes on the ROAD. TELL THE JUDGE THAT . Its law to protect ourselves for fuck sake , you seen what can happen when you dont.
Plus in this country if you dont wear a belt you are driving without insurance also. Makes sense to me because the less the ins company's pay out for these horrendous injuries that can be sustained by NOT wearing a belt , the less the premiums go up

lol yes sir i did suck it up. honestly speaking i dont believe the law is for your protection. i use to think highly about the laws of this country highly respeact it until they let a drunk driver get away with murder of two 7 year old twins and a beatiful 23 old girl while the only surrivor is not all there any more because her sister body got cut in half and she fell on him. and that fuck that got away with murder it was him thrid dwi well the thrid one was the charm

While I always where a seat belt and a helmet on the bike and I think everyone should, I don't think it is the government place to ennact laws, such as seat belt laws, for an individuals safety.

sir is mom and dad came in the picture and started bullshiting with the judge we take care of him this will not happen again all the bullshit. that mother fucker only did 3-5 years in prison and probation. instead they said it was the 23 year old girls fault she was not paying attention. yeah he the one burtaly kill two 7 year old kid and and again 23 year old got cut in half and fell on her now mentel brother. and his mother is all messed up the whole family has issues.
