The first one is from 2007 in the Animal Cage at the Arnold. We did a benchpress workout as our seminar for Universal Nutrition - kinda started a trend when we did that. LOL!!! I'm benching 435 to the 2-board in this one.

Thanks all. I have a couple more pics to post tonight, just gotta dig them up. I don't know if any of you follow powerlifting, but if you do, you might recognize us. If you do......well, I hope you respect our privacy. Besides, we're all here for information and educational purposes, right? LOL!!!

This one is my hubby getting ready to bench 800 in the Animal Cage last year at the Arnold. He intended on just working up to a single with 800 on the bench. If I can find the video, I'll post what he actually wound up with. LOL!!

What's loaded on the bar (and yes, that's Sam Byrd standing behind it getting ready to hand off to my hubby, he's a great lifter and very good friend of ours):

Here's Sam and my hubby, waiting for Vinny to finish up announcing on the mic for the last set on the bench:

Here's the video - he doubles it and comes within a 1-2 board of touching. He still trains in that shirt every now and then, but still trying to stretch it out more even a year later. LOL!!! I altered it from it's original form (belonged to a 1000 lbs bencher before) and now he's able to get around 600-700lbs to touch in it:

No shit Yo!!! I still don't understand how the fuck you work up to getting under that much weight.... I can see myself maybe under 500# with good spotters, and no I don't think I could make the lift....I am still in awe of that much weight, my elbow, and arm bones would break, hahaha

She is doing as well as can be expected for being on Kemo for 3.5 years no breaks.... She is getting run down, lots of joint issues and more tired. She has a PET scan upcoming and we are hoping the tumors are shrinking or gone. Either way she needs a break from the meds, the treatment is sometimes worse than the cancer. In VA there is no medical pot and it's a real bitch. It really helps her with the nausea since she has daily kemo pills. On a brighter note we just got back from a really awesome vacation in WV whitewater river rafting and horseback riding. Freaking great place where they base jump and bungee jump off the Bridge over the new river. Stayed in a cabin overlooking the gorge really beautiful place.

You mean info on my hubby's cycles? LOL!! We have similar cycles, just mine are dosed lower than his but we do the same compounds depending on which one of us is training for a meet. I can post a sample cycle of his in a few if you'd like.

Gman, I sure do sympathize with your wife. I don't know how she manages to take 3.5 years of it. I could barely handle 6 months of it back in 1999 when I was going through treatments for ovarian cancer. I've been in remission ever since, so there's a bright side - no matter how dark it gets. I hope she keeps her head high and stays positive.

As far as working up to that kind of weight, we warm up raw to almost 80% of our raw max and then we shirt up. Some pro's don't even work up to that close to their raw max sometimes and have a favorite number they'll warm up to before they get into their equipment. Each one is different, but we try to keep the jump in weight from raw to equipped low as possible so as not to shock the body too much.

The number of reps and sets also depends on what we're trying to accomplish. If it's just another workout in our cycle, we may do anywhere between 5-12 sets of triples or doubles and get to about 70-80% of our equippped max. If it's for a meet or exhibition and we plan on hitting a max rep, we'll warm up doing singles in our shirts taking 30-50lbs jumps until we're ready to bench the max weight.

Here's an old training vid when I bench 365x2. I don't have many vids of myself because I'm usually the one doing all the recording - LOL!!! I still have quite a few to upload from my camcorder from recent sessions:

THanks CP.

I'm surprised-no tren and no halo.

Why the switch to NPP-just to get the blood levels up quickly?

What kind of doses are you using?

That's just a sample cycle. LOL!!! We'll run either tren or masteron if needing to run a shorter cycle. It's tough to pick out a meet once you look at the schedule. Sometimes in one's training, if one feels close to their peak or capable of manipulating their peak within a 6-8 week range, a cycle with tren/masteron and sometimes halos is chosen, especially if a meet is close in schedule or location. If my boys want to get froggy and use tren or halos, I do up a similar cycle to what I posted, either keep them on NPP instead of deca or switch it to EQ and introduce the tren about 3-4 weeks out from the meet. The halos would strictly be used for heavy workout days and the meet itself - never every day use. And I always discourage combining the use of halos with abombs. Since halos are expensive and difficult to come by for some, we do fine on the abombs/dbols and the anavar for recovery and tissue repair. I want my boys to live long healthy lives. LOL!!!

I have some guys that love tren and do well on it, while there are a few that absolutely should avoid it (they don't handle irritability very well and have short fuses as it is). For the guys who can't use the tren, I have them use masteron instead.

And yes, the switch from deca to NPP does help get the blood levels up, keeps them at a constant, and it has always been standard practice for safety to switch to shorter esters when getting closer to a meet.

The cyp is 250mg/ml, deca and npp both are 200mg/ml, and T400 is 400mg/ml (blend of isocap, cyp and enth). The number of cc's listed is per week as posted with each week.

After the meet, most of the boys will go on maintenance cycles of test enth and either deca or eq (their personal choice or whatever they can afford). No need to run the test enth more than 500-600mg/week on maintenance cycles and the deca or eq are only 2cc's a week. The nolva is to help with any test aromatization to estrogen.
