OK here I am after 1st round, sorry did not have before pics but lets just say I gains around 30lbs and remained lean. I know my legs are lagging but I have a bum right leg due to multiple surgeries. Hope to slowly catch them up. Oh and remember I am 6'4".

cycle was
1-6 weeks dbol 50mg 1-10 weeks sustanon 275mg once a week I was chocking down 9000 calories a day with the help of calorie shakes |

Thanks guys I busted my balls to get this size. As far as my next cycle yeah I am doing more this rounf im gonna do 275mg sus 2 times a week. That should get some nice results. I started off with a smaller dose since it was my first round.

In order to get the calories I needed along with the protein I needed I ate like a pig. My breakfast was normally very clean about 12 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with 1 cup of cook oatmeal, lunch was normally not as clean normally consiting of a large pizza or 3 whoppers from Burger King, dinner I normally did a ton of lean meat with a sweet potato a cytosport monster milk protein shake. Before bed I used a hemp protein I get from a natural health place here in town. Between all my meals I did gainer from 4ever fit, 4ever fit gainer that had 1050 calories, 175g carbs and 55g of protein per serving. I also drank a ton of juices thru out the day. I know i should have tried to get in more whole foods but the shakes seemed to be alot easier to get down. My girlfriend at the time hated this diet I farted everytime i took a breath LOL. I know my toilet was happy that I cut down on how much I was eating a bit.

lol, i hear ya. i take in a lot of fiber and its a hot mess in the bathroom, lol.

Good results with low dosages. That's why I always preach low dosages!
