Pictures at “end” of a “bulker”. Not much of a bulker though. Got me some crap results (highest bodyweight was 211.6 lbs). Last two bulkers have yielded minimal results. Reasons (excuses); junk crap sh*t gear from A**n (stealth) and G***S. You get what you pay for y’all, so don’t waste your money on cheap gear! And budget is a huge role because I just can’t eat all I want to. I still eat everything in sight all the time but don’t get in enough meat and good stuff. My lifestyle and my depression plays a huge role too. Food helps to bury the sorrows and keep me as happy as I can be, so dieting for now is just out of the question. And lastly; lack of a good gym to lift at. If y’all could see the “gym” where I lift you would laugh. Got me some basic machines and weights to use so I have to make the most of what’s there. I am still pushing on though. Still trying to get HUGE. Fixin to get up to 240-250 lbs hopefully one day and willing to do whatever it takes. As y’all can see from pics, I have some major weak points that I need to bring up and I am working on them. Just hard to blast the legs with a bad lower back and knee’s that get worse every week. Dang shoulders are so big they make my arms and chest look small. My pathetic 12 year old girl looking calves that I absolutely hate and despise. Tried IGF, MGF shots in them and didn’t do sh*t. Next step may be Synthol shots in them (if Yohimbe has luck with the stuff). And as y’all know, I edit my pics to keep my identity as low key as possible.
Special thanks to Wetworks, Megaman, and SSTI. Now remember, I am bulking so I’m not ripped to the bone by any means. Got me a bunch of water over muscles and am high bf%. These pics were done in the most redneck way imagineable (I will keep it to myself, lol), and the lighting is under flourescents which suck, and I just slapped on some pro tan so thats why I look like a swamp donkey, lol. ![]() ![]() ![]()

LOOKIN GOOD BRO, dont knock yourself so hard,i know, i am also my worst critic.....you got a solid all round frame brotha, especially them wings........i have also been less than estatic with g****, so its back to hb for me.....just do the best you can bro, n be proud.....for me my diet n stress from work, got me feelin weak n losin weight.....just got get back up n keep going brotha............

Lookin good bro! Your back looks massive, you're being too tough on yourself in general. Get creative w/the training b/c straining the muscle fibers and working to failure is the key. YOu can do this w/pushups (Hershel Walker did 500 ED and was a monster). Also, are you taking protein powder? How about eggs? Those aren't expensive. I get 18 eggs for $1.75 out the door and EAS protein powder @ $5/pound.
You are your toughest critic! Great job man and excellent job w/the pix. Do you use a tripod?

i pound a ton of protein powder, eat eggs, as much beef and chicken i can afford. finding i need to eat a lot more carbs though if i ever want to get HUGE. pics i use tripod sometimes unless i can steal a friends time and have them take pics for me. just "point and click"

I was at a carnival tonight and all I could smell was pizza and funnel cakes. You wanna talk about fantasizing lol. Oatmeal is def a great and cheap carb. I eat 2/3cup every morning. That's my carbs for the day. I buy the 9lb box at Sams and it lasts forever.

White rice is cheap to eat that shit like its m job I don't give a fuck about starch rite now just eat till I wanna puke then eat a little more. Rice cakes are cheap and easy I eat a whole package with my protien shake in meal 3

Fuck a brown rice. Crazed we're both trying brother my calves are bigger then my bis and my forearms are the same as my bis and my calves have.just as many gains as my arms do. Well good Luck to ya brother and both get big starting today. LOL time to get big.
