This sounds like a good idea. Thx bro. I was to focused into getting back into the BB part. But this circuit thing might get me back up to speed faster.

Yea, it's a good way to get your joints, tendons and muscles used to bearing that kind of load again. I would use light weight and do like 15 rep sets the first time around, then gradually work my way to heavier, lower rep sets. I should have taken my own advice and maybe my shoulder wouldn't hurt right now .

yah thats a good tip bro, funny how we know better, but never follow our own advice......at the and yrs of competing snowboardin, i learned i was a better teacher, than teaching myself, only because i didnt follow my own advice.....friggin genius

I ignore what's best because I'm impatient sometimes....most of the time lol. This cycle started on my first day back at the gym after a solid 3 or 4 months off and I got back into it as if I had never taken a break like a moron and now I'm paying for it .

or, like me i get a minor injury, and then try to work through it, only to totally flare it up.. fuckin happens every time.....to dam stubborn to take a week off, so i milk it into a 2-month injury....careful genius at work

Default Diet progress

I've been very strict and eating clean. Today will be the 11th day since I started eating cleaner and I feel like I can already see slight results. I feel it more than I see it but I can still see a small difference in this short time. I'm hoping to see the bottom abs by mid-summer.

EQ and Masteron. No Test. I cannot deal with the acne and I am getting the look I want slowly anyway without it and I feel fine doing it. I am getting Anavar too.
