Actually I was talkin bout the eq/mast but now that you mention it it really is everything that comes together. I'm going back and forth between al/yoh and ephed/clen. It's working but I need to stop fucking around with my diet. I know what I gotta do haven't been as strict as I need to. My genetics require a very lean diet in order to get enough bf off. I usually lose some lean mass in the process but I'm on primo700/test300/GH and hope that'll spare it this time. I may drop the test/GH and go to hcg/aromasin but keep the primo200/eod. This would allow me to lose bf easier I think...but like I said I gotta stop fuckin the strict diet. It's a bitch though when the wife makes shit like banana bread and the whole house smells like it. It's soooo fukin good bro! lol

I hate resisting food!!! My place last night smelled like stuffed shells with cheese melted all over them in sauce......fuckin sucked!! Good luck lol.

Just curious. What'd you have? I had a bowl of my wife's homemade chili and a plate of broccoli w/cheese. Okay but not lean enough for me. I need to eat chicken breast, nonfat cottage cheese, tuna in water, egg whites, broccoli no cheese, green beans...etc..stuff like that with no carbs and very little fat for at least a month. Then maybe I can have some fat in there. I just haven't had the drive to get serious about it yet but I keep thinkin about how I've done it before and I'm just sittin here like wtf!

You sound exactly like me lol. If I want to be really lean, zero sugar, lots of greens (probably half or more of my entire food intake by weight) and plain ass lean meats. Maybe half a cup of plain oatmeal in the morning with egg whites or egg beaters. Very low fat, very low carbs and very high protein is what I require to be lean. Right now, as I said I'm having one carb meal per day but it's a gigantic bowl of Special K which is approx. 170 grams of carbs (way more than I should be having but I wake up starving.) Last night I ate plain chicken breast and broccoli....probably my most common meal and I hate it most of the time. I had spinach chicken sausages tonight and they were great. I have 3 pounds of Flounder in my freezer that I'm BBQing tomorrow. I need a break from Chicken. I get so sick of it that I go to drive throughs once in a while and order double cheese burgers and just eat the meat and cheese. I'm doing a lot of cardio right now to see if I can do well without being so strict on the diet but in the past, only what I put in my mouth made a difference in BF. I did run a mile in 6:59 though which was an all time best for me

looking good bro, and definately looking lean. Keep it up. How that pcgl working for you bro ???!!! From what ive seen with arms, when the arm is very lean, it always give a bigger appearance, not taking anything away from your arms BT by any means, your bi's and tris are looking lean and very full also. Look at Branch warren, i read his contest arm measurements are like 20''. They look massive, way bigger than 20'' i would have bet money on, but he is just so lean.

Thanks Mega. That does make me feel better. Let's just say the biggest my arms ever measured was 17". I remember when I was 22 and first started going to the gym my arms were 12.5" I think lol. I was skinny. I put on 20lbs naturally and then had to come to the dark side. I gave the PGCL to a friend. I used 1 vial and gave the other 9 away. It beat up my sphincter too much. My asshole was literally bleeding.

lol damn bro 12.5 is small hahahaha. Mine were probaly not much bigger though when i started myself. Ive put 1.5'' in mine in less than a year so i guess i cant complain. My damn arm length is normal of someone like 6'4 so mine would have to be 22'' to look huge not flexed lol. Fuck it ill get there one day.

I have long arms too man which makes the bench press a little more difficult imo and that sucks but fuck it. I have to use a wide grip with my elbows out to the side. I prefer dumbbelss because of that. I don't believe he has touched the PGCL yet.

I feel im the opposite. My biceps make my shoulders look small, esp if i flex my arm by my chest. My bicep peak is taller than my shoulder if you look straight across, even when my arm is perfectly parallel as its not in the one pic.
