My deadlift is just coming back now, and my squat is mediocre low 400's. My bench should be good , I going to try to cut fat and get to the low 200's and see what damage I can do, I have 3 months until my first meet. I just have to make sure my system is clean for it , they do random drug screening.

Very nice I agree with all of those Deadlift tips as well as his attitude on warm-up sets. They are designed to prepare mind and body for something bigger, not to be a workout in their own right.
