PIC BEFORE PISS BAG CAME OFF TODAY.....OUCH. 5'8 weighed in at 243lbs and b/f is kinda hard to tell. I was about 18% two weeks ago at 222lbs but the water retention and lack of training and dieting may of bumped it....who cares...I'll be back.....lol.
