Default Progress before diet change....

Ok guys, here is the newest pics of myself. Im currently 222 pounds. Well that was of last week, my last weigh in day. The arms are 17 5/8'' pumped. Waist 32'' Not sure of chest though, ill measure it the next time i take some measurements. Ive came a long way since i joined this board in march. I want to say thanks to all you guys that have helped me tremendously. Im holding water in the pics, and my bodyfat is the higher than id like.

Im posting these pics because im changing my diet up. Dropping sugars almost completely, and lowering carb intake somewhat. Going to eat clean, and also run an anti estro, adex, to rid myself of some water. Have a little lingering gyno, no lumps, but some puffiness. Feel free to chime in, critique, or flame me lol. My diet is not where is should be, and thats 100% my fault. But here they are anyway.

Looking good mega! The gyno stuff may not be anything. I use to hold a higher BF% and thought I had a little gyno too. Once I leaned out I was good. Turns out that's just another place the body stores fat. We've chatted, so you know I'm in your corner if you need anything.

ok thanks bro's. I wanted to get to around 240 pounds before i even though about leaning up any, but i want to also keep my bodyfat in check. Im going to run the adex and drop sugars and monitor carbs a bit, and continue to bulk. I currently eat absolutely anything i want, good and bad. I think if i completely cut out the sugars which i dont ever crave now, and monitor carbs, only taking in good solid complex carbs and some simples PWO, i should be able to dry out in pretty fast time and see exactly how much mucsle i have under there lol.... Im tall though, actually 6'1. I posted 6'0 in my avatar, only bc when i grad. highschool years ago thats how tall i was. i always thought i was 6'0 until recently and i measured again. Being over 6'0, i need to be a solid 235 to 240 to look decent, or have very low bodyfat, and currently dont have either. Ive only been training seriously since ive joined this board, so i have plenty of time. Like a good friend told me, size and strength equals time under weight.

Proportions look good. Looks like you have a nice V taper too.
Arms look similar to mine.

Life is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid
Stupidity should be painful

Crawling is acceptable. Falling is acceptable. Puking is acceptable. Tears are acceptable. Pain is acceptable. Injury is acceptable. Quitting is unacceptable

To dominate one must be physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than their opponent. Then, domination is guaranteed.

Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said it would be this fukin hard either!

If im a danger to myself just think what the fuck I can do to you!

Mega, I see big improvment in arms. They have gotten bigger and more defined. Forearms are a weak area, but with more training time they should come up. I don't see or notice any gyno look hard in pic no puffiness. You lats are starting to grow getting a good V going. Overall: much improved from last set of pics. Good work dude!!!

Yea forearms are puny. For being 6'1, I have a 77" span so I have pretty damn long arms. From elbow to wrist ESP, so my forearms are extremely long.

I've put on a good 30 pounds since I joined this board in march and started training hard. I took over a 2 month lay off in summer. I have a few lagging bodyparts, but I'm working to raise them.
