ya i would hope you would be puking after a back and leg workout with Dorian.
i saw the video 'A Week In The Dungeon' which was filmed last year. it was IFBB pro Mark Dugdale going over to Temple gym in the UK to train with (get pointers from) Dorian for a week. Dorian isn't as big as when he competed (obviously) but still looks strong and has him some nice abs.

Dorian was definetly the dude in his day, hell I dont even think today guys are coming out looking as tight as Dorian did in his prime I would definetly like to have some of his receipes for the cocktails he used to take
