Default Breakthrough's End of 1st Cycle Picture

UPDATE: I removed the picture but if anyone would care to see it just PM me. I've been wanting to post a picture of myself but I have distinct markings. I found this picture and cropped it just so you guys could get an idea of how I look. Maybe I'll add some more pics to this thread and actually flex. I'll have to take some more. This one is all I have right now.

Much appreciated. I'm actually a little nervous even having this little piece of a picture on here but I'll leave it for a while.

I've done a few one rep max's lately just to see what I could do. One rep max's are tricky to get to your actual max though. What I mean is If you do a 500lb deadlift but feel like you could have done more, you won't reach your max the second attempt because you just did a 500lb lift. Anyway, here's some of my lifts (all free weight):

1. Bench: 315 twice (I thought I'd only get it once)
2. Deadlift: 545lbs once (took pretty much all I had)
3. Seated military press: 225lbs once (after a set of 185 & my arms were shaking like crazy but I got that bitch up...oh yeah, I touch the bar to my chin at the low point of the lift)
4. Squat: 455lbs once (Honestly because of my knees I go just a little past 90 degrees at the knees on squats so if I was to go thighs parallel to the floor, It would be a little less)

I usually see people posting bigger squat numbers as opposed to dead's but I'm definitely the opposite.

lol yea, I mean we all know the truth on the matter, if the "guys" wanted us, it would not be hard to achieve for them...!!! Any distinguishing marks, tattoos, or anything. guaranteed a back picture of someone flexing could go a LONG way if they wanted it to.....

Thanks. Yeah I went 13 weeks total I think. I'm ending HCG Wednesday and starting Nolvadex/Clomid therapy the following wednesday. I can't wait for the 2nd cycle. I learned a thing or two on this one and expect great results again next time.

Thanks Freak. I'll never stop! My father saw me today and turns to my mother and says "Holy shit, look at the size of him!" Then he turns to me and asks "How big do you want to get?" I told him as big as possible until I can't physically lift weights anymore lol. There's no such thing as big enough. Well maybe there is but I'm not even close.

UPDATE: I removed the picture but if anyone would care to see it just PM me. Here is a pic from July 2008 at my leanest ever. Probably 185-190lbs here. I'm posing here so it's going to be hard to see how drastic the difference is now but I couldn't find a pre-gear pic with a wife beater on. If I have my right arm lowered you can see a marking and there is one on an area that prevents me from showing the left side of myself without the tank top. My abdominal definition here was better than the shitty lighting in this picture shows. I'd like to be this lean at 250-255lbs.

Outstanding BT! I'm resistant to posting any pix myself so I appreciate it when others are generous enough to do so. You look very fit so I'm guessing your diet is pretty solid? If so, I also have to assume that you can prolly stagger step your way up to the 250 over time with diet & cycles.

Some of the vets can give you a timeline on this I'll bet...

GR8 work man!!

Thanks. I have a good diet....I wouldn't say great. I still eat things like pizza and chinese food from time to time. But I have an everyday diet that consists of cereal (Cheerios &/or Special K), oatmeal, Steak &/or chicken (usually 1.5g's of protein/lb of bw), fruit and vegetables, 1 or 2 shakes....a yogurt here and there etc... I'm pretty good at understanding my body's needs. It lets me know what it needs. In this 2008 pic I was running and cycling as well as weight training. I don't do much cardio these days. I usually do a 15-20 min treadmill session after my workout....but not all the time.
