I usually do a 15-20 min treadmill session after my workout....but not all the time.
Nice, well it's a balancing act every day. I've found that I'm VERY sensitive to carbs. I fall out of ketosis pretty easily so I have to stick to one cheat meal per week. I just started a cycle w/eq so I'm going to be hungry as... as a really hungry guy.

Ketosis is way to difficult for me to maintain. In that 2008 picture, I had probably been doing it for 5-6 weeks, dropped 10-15 lbs of fat quick, and stopped shortly after that picture was taken. I need my big ass bowls of cereal and/or oatmeal....and the occasional giant stack of pancakes. I sleep much better and have much better energy with high carbs. It does cause gas and water retention though....but all in all I feel better with them in my diet. I tried ketosis again earlier this year and just couldn't hang.

I don't think I would even attempt ketosis on EQ. I already have a huge appetite.

The only way I can go Keto is if I have no carbs in the house. If they're here, I'll eat them. I'm a carb eating FREAK. Pancakes are a particular weakness for me too.

I've found that I have more energy when in ketosis, but sleep less. Night sweats, etc. Strangely, I'll still bounce out of bed ready to rock.

So are your numbers from this week on the lifts? Good #'s btw.

Thank you. The numbers are all from within the last 7 days. I've always been a strong deadlifter but seeing 3 plates on each side at the bench was like taking home the gold for me. I was also quite surprised and pleased with the military press. I think when flexed my shoulders have more definition than any other muscle on my body. I wish I could say that about my calves. Until this year I didn't even know I had any. More energy on Keto huh? Not me. I also require lots of sleep....always been that way. It's like I'm a little kid grabbing a mid-day nap whenever I get the chance. Pancakes do F**kin' rock. When I make em' I use 2 full cups of mix, 3 whole eggs, and 12oz's of milk to make the batter. It makes like 15-16 5-6" pancakes. The plate looks like I'm about to feed a family lol.

Killin me w/the pancakes. My weakest muscle groups are shoulders. I've not done max single lifts since college football days. CUrious where I'd be today. MIght be interesting for you to try the max lifts again next week...

Why is that? Because I stopped juicin'? I'm afraid I won't be able to match those #'s again. My head tries to play with me now that it knows there's no marvel mystery oil lubing up my progress. I want pancakes now.....with fully sugared real maple syrup.....mmmmm!

CUT IT OUT! I just think you'll get that post cycle surge and you'll hit your number. Especially on the bench, was it? The lift where you did two reps at a high weight b 4 the big push? Anyway, maybe you can go up to that number w/out spending the strength? Just a hunch...

What' your plan for the next cycle, now that we've blown up your thread... Sorry.

On the bench I did 2 rep warm up sets (135, 185, 225, 275) until I had the 315 set and I thought I'd only get it once and did it twice. Next cycle....not sure yet. I think I may just use Test E & Proviron w/an Anadrol jump at the front. I eat enough as it is otherwise I'd consider EQ but even then I want mass. I know you can get it with EQ, quality at that, but it's slow. I used just Test E this past cycle for the majority of it and was pleased. When using just the Test I was using a high dosage because of the significant difference I noticed as dosages were increased. I started it with D-bol (didn't care for it.....the lower back thing was crazy) and Parabolan. I didn't front-load this time either. I think this time I may front load with Test P and also end the cycle w/Test P so there's less time between the cycle and PCT. Should front-loading be 1 or 2 weeks?

I'm doing the front loading thing for the first time w/EQ. Yohimbe's post explains the concept but basically you get your blood levels ramped up and then stop taking. It depends on the dose and the 1/2 life of the substance. He's got a spreadsheet attached for download. You'll have to change a few cells to see how long and how much to front load.

I'll be WetWorks and some others have a few ideas about the how long/how much. It's TEst P you're front loading?

Was Yohimbe's post recent....do you remember the thread title? If I go to his page and search his posts will it be 30 pages deep? I'm not sure what the best way to start would be. I know ending with Test P is good because it reduced your overall cycle + pct time without shortening your cycle.

I did an advanced search for all threads started by yohimbe with "front load" keywords: Front loading shic with EQ

There's one more thread: Next cycle-something different
