Default Mid cycle progress

Hey fellas, thought I might update my progress on my first cycle. Currently halfway through a 12 wk test e/ghrp-6 cycle. Was initially also taking tbol but cut it due to complications but I must say, test is the fucken bomb! Strength has absolutely gone through the roof! Put on a good 50lbs so far on both my deadlift and squat and it feels easy! Every single lift has gone up.

On my bodyweight, I've put on about a solid 15lbs so far. Still got 6 more weeks to go so friggin excited! Cheers SW! However, I do attribute these gains mostly to good nutrition and a well thought out training plan.

Pics will only be up for a limited time. Will update again later in cycle.

lookin good.
i speak from experience when i say; be careful of injuries!! got me a bunch on my first cycle from going up and up on weight. everything felt so easy. sometimes the muscles handle more weight than the joints.
lift smart.
keep up the good work

Yeah, I'm actually wondering about that. My left elbow (i think its the tendon) have been pretty sore so I've had to cut out bicep curls. I can't do them anymore without pain, even with light weight.

I was planning on having a deload week, maybe two and see how I go. What would you suggest in trying to avoid injuries? Keep it in the 8-10 rep zone to avoid going too heavy? Thanks, one of my biggest fears is going into PCT and my joints are all fucked. Then I won't be able to work...

Cheers.

i got me a strong mind to muscle connection and being a bodybuilder, i lift as much weight as i can for the exercise, making sure i'm working the muscle i am suppose to be working. just listen to your body and dont do movements that are hurting you. maybe take you a week or two break from the exercises that are aggravating your injury and try new ones. stretch good before, during, and after workouts. maybe start taking you some glucosamine type supplement to help with joints. injuries only hurt you in the long run. it feels amazing getting so strong on cycle but you still need to lift smart

Life is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid
Stupidity should be painful

Crawling is acceptable. Falling is acceptable. Puking is acceptable. Tears are acceptable. Pain is acceptable. Injury is acceptable. Quitting is unacceptable

To dominate one must be physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than their opponent. Then, domination is guaranteed.

Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said it would be this fukin hard either!

If im a danger to myself just think what the fuck I can do to you!
