Ok guys here we go.... Half way through a test cyp and eq cycle. Started out at 197.....Weighed in today on an empty stomach this morning at 209.....Picked up a little fat around the midsection, but not too worried about it. Its all about gaining the weight for me until around Feb. of next year.... Probaly around 14 to 15 % bf now if i were to guess. Correct me if im wrong..

the tat on the left, the spear is new ink. Not even 3 weeks old. you cant see the rest but its a whole back piece. the tat on the right that it connects to is about a year old....
ahaha the lil hottie is my gf that runs the gym... when i cut down to about 9 percent bf next summer ill post some pics with her lol. she dosent train at all and maintains a nice bod....must be nice!! |

but yea thanks bros, got a lot of great help from good guys, breal, cookie, ww, freak, ur, supy. Pretty much everyone on here has helped me out a lot. Not looking back, gota hit 230 before christmas, thats my goal.

bro looks great. what is your calorie intake per day? remind me again what gear and how much , plus leangth of cycle. you'll get there brother. good job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1000mg of cyp, the first 8 weeks was 750, and 600mg eq... Stepped the cyp up a week ago and it was odd i gained a little water retention when i bumped it up from 750 to 1000... daily cal intake is around 4500 to 5000. Protein is from 350 to 400. Its hard for me to get adjusted to the protein intake, this weather is making it extremely hard to eat at times.....
the size pretty much recently started coming on, esp. when i increased my protein intake, but also the little fat also... Ive heard a lot of times that eq is very slow acting, and will not see noticeable results until around week 8 to 10. |

and about the traps.......i know they are lagging...... When i first started training a few years ago i had no clue what i was doing, stepped in a gym, watched buy guys train and tried to mimick them.....
tore my right trap and had to go to physical therapy and all.....it sucked.... when i train traps now my left one almost doubles my right one in size, my right one grows more outward towards my back, while my left one gets high and a good peak..... it sucks and instead of really busting them up, i get frustrated with them and dont train them much.....stupid me i know, i recently came to the conclusion that im going to train them as hard as everything else and if they grow differently there is nothing i can do about it....... |

yea its consistently been 100 degrees here everyday, with the humidity level really high also, and im in the sun 75 percent of the time, and when im not in the sun, im in a building with no air, so its just as bad. I sweat for 10 hours a day, soaking wet to the point my underwear are wet. it sucks but thats my profession, and sometimes i feel it holds me back in the gym but its just something i have to deal with. Its hard to get motivated at 5 pm to head to the gym, but its something i just have to do if i want to be JACKED one day!!

Attachment 584 This one i did in two sittings, each 4 hours. that pic was the top of helmet and the whole mohawk in that sitting, as u can see by how red it is Attachment 585 this one i did the whole shield and spear in one 4 hour sitting...... still have the other side to do and the top of my back and than ill be finished....
