nope i dont think it had that option not unless its the protease enzyme vitamins and minerals, and n i did not choose anyhting on that one

15g to 20g EFA's every meal but your carb meals and never mix fat and carbs together unless you want to gain fat. its best to keep your carbs pre and post workout. EFA's the rest of your meals.

BMI should never be factored with weight trained individuals..Stay away from this ridiculous idea Unless you were confusing it with BMR which is what im thinking
BMR=basal metabilic rate
BMI=body mass index

ya, bump wetworks here, digestive enzymes make all the difference when it comes to supplementation. In my opinion, its the only way.
