fast and high protein to consider is cottage cheese. If you go non fat, you get a lot of protein in a quick easy to eat load. Throw on some non-fat, sugar free yogurt to spice up the taste. (if you're tired of meat or just want something fast)

quick update. I am up to 197lbs from 168. Got 4 weeks left on cycle. Starting to up cardio a bit and cut out the little fat I gained while on. The first pic is before, here is an updated.

jus gain some lean weight. id like to eventually be up to 220. Shouldnt be a problem to get there over the next year. I may be able to get it naturally after this cycle.

Welp ended cycle 2 weeks ago, started pct already. Ended up going from 168ish lbs to 200. Hoping to keep it up around 185 and gain from there naturally until next cycle here in 5-6 months. All in all, had some set backs. Joint pains, couldnt get a hard on at times, and breaking out on my back, but havent had any mood rages, just good lean gains. Next cycle I will not be running and decca or winny.
