fast and high protein to consider is cottage cheese. If you go non fat, you get a lot of protein in a quick easy to eat load. Throw on some non-fat, sugar free yogurt to spice up the taste. (if you're tired of meat or just want something fast)

adding yogurt sounds like a great idea, I try to eat the cottage cheese, but can only stand so much of the non fat, and get burnt out on it fast, was needing some way to make it go down easier

quick update. I am up to 197lbs from 168. Got 4 weeks left on cycle. Starting to up cardio a bit and cut out the little fat I gained while on. The first pic is before, here is an updated.

I think your smoking dope lol I can't see that you need to lose any fat what so ever. just keep doing what your doing and don't lean up anymore than you are. why do you think you gained fat? great job

haha i have gained some flub but nothin im concerned with at all. When I say cut im meaning less then half a jar a PB a day

jus gain some lean weight. id like to eventually be up to 220. Shouldnt be a problem to get there over the next year. I may be able to get it naturally after this cycle.

Welp ended cycle 2 weeks ago, started pct already. Ended up going from 168ish lbs to 200. Hoping to keep it up around 185 and gain from there naturally until next cycle here in 5-6 months. All in all, had some set backs. Joint pains, couldnt get a hard on at times, and breaking out on my back, but havent had any mood rages, just good lean gains. Next cycle I will not be running and decca or winny.
