Hello everyone i am new here but just wanting to say hello and give a little peek of me. I have never done any AAS but i have been studying alot over the years and alot lately. My goal is to drop alot more body fat and get down to about 220lbs or close, then start my cycle of my choice. Im naturally a pretty big guy and use to powerlift in my teens and 20's but now 40 and i am hitting more reps with lighter weights for i am wanting to get alot leanner. Damn the SWEETS THOUGH!!! LOL I just started Clen and im on my second week on and about to start my 2 weeks off then complete it with a total of 8 weeks. I will post new pics later of my progress with my diet and Clen. THanks

Definitely the way to go. I've tried cutting back on the calories while trying to put on muscle....I can't do it. In fact, after trying that last year and actually losing weight, I went for my yearly physical and my doctor told me I "looked like crap." I thought she was joking 'cause she is an ex-high school girlfriend...she wasn't...I was losing weight in all the wrong places. lb

Well ok guys thanks for your input and advise. My other issue is with the Clen i think im going to hit the T3 along with it. I know the norm is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with the Clen but how long and how much of the T3 do you cycle with the Clen .

Hey brother and welcome. forgwet the myth about 2on2off with clen. you can take both clen/t3 for 16-18 weeks. just ramp slowly with the clen and ramp slowly with the t3. everyone is doing this not. try it. you may hit your goal alot sooner.

I read somwhere the benefits of taking the T3 or T4 at night but am F***ed if I can find it bro sorry !! also remeber that the two weeks on two weeks off has been proven to be the best way to do the Clen although there is still arguments/discussions to say otherwise , why two weeks on two weeks off...because your body starts to become acclimatised (if thats the right word) to it and will start to adjust accordingly. Hey thanks guys in my 20's huh alright i wish. Funny you say that Fullthrottle because my lab results back when i was weighing 327lbs the doc kinda said the same thing about my looks and my stats. Everything was great for a large man of my stature she said. Then i pulled my pants back up and said thanks doc.LOLOLOL Naw but i really am hitting it hard to get the weight off now so bare with me and thanks again guys for the support .
