im no action or bad but here is me in the middle of my cycle and in 2 weeks i ll have the after pics but here is what i looked like at week 11 of a 22 week cycle , so no laughing please. remember i have shitty genetics

but my cycle this time was
weeks 1-8 tren acetate 75 mgs eod
weeks 1-12 deca 400mgs a week
weeks 6-18 primobolan 300 mgs aweek
weeks 6-22 eq 400-600 mgs a week
weeks 9-22 test e 300 -500 mgs a week

for most people this cycle is recommended because there is no test in the first 8 weeks but my body can handle it and i dont lose my drive. but i guess if i did it again i would go with this
weeks 1-12 test e and deca
weeks 6-18 primo
weeks 8-22 eq
weeks 13-22 test prop and tren acetate

thanks bro, iwas thinking of going with a cutter and try to get shredded and it will go like this

weeks 1-10 test prop 100mgs eod, tren acetate 75 mgs eod , masteron 100 mgs eod....
weeks 1-4 t-bol kick start

im using this cycle to kick start my first run at gh and igf gonna go 6months-1year on the gh

oh by the way hows the back bads getting back into the gym yet???

thanks bro, i need goals to gun for we have about the same bf but you have like 20 lbs , hopefully you werent cursed with shitty genetics like me ..... that pic of action got me motivated to start doing cardio..... its alot of work to be big and lean.. its a life long process......did u take a look at my next cycle in the previous post?? what do u think??

Bro I love the cycle, personally I would'nt worry about the t-bol as your goal is to cut & I don't think you'll acheive anymore with the t-bol than without it.

Main thing I'm interested in is your diet.... Before I started this cycle I lost 1 1/2 belt notches on my waist with no drugs, cardio or weight training in one month... I did'nt lose a bit of muscle either.

while i was on cycle i stayed between 2200-2400 calories a day , now that im amidst my pct im at 1800 calories a day for now and it looks like this

7 am 8 egg whites and a bowl of oatmeal and fish oil tabs
10:30 am fruit (apple or peach) and a protein shake 50 grams
1pm 2 cans of tuna on wheat brocoli or brussel sprouts fish oil tabs (pre-work out)
4pm protein shake 50grams
7:30PM 12 ozs of chick with broccoli or califlower
before bed a protein shake 30 percent whey and 70 percent casein blend

7:30PM 12 ozs of chick with broccoli or califlower - split this meal into 2, 6ozs of chicken, brocolli & 2g fish oil @ 6pm, 6 ozs chicken, cauliflower, & 2g fish oil @ 8pm

before bed a protein shake 30 percent whey and 70 percent casein blend - Add 1 tablespoon of EFA (flaxseed oil, olive oil or macadamia nut oil

i apreciate the help ... its tough with school to stay on schedule so i end up pre-making everything... i do take a fish oil tab before bed also .... its ok to split up that meal , my concern is eating to close to bed which is usually between 11-1..
