Here is a pic of me 2 weeks into my first cycle. I was 185 @ 6'2". 10%bf and 21 yo. I wish I would have juiced more. Started cycle at 175 and ended at 205. Just hcg for pct. retained 20. still was 10% 2 months after cycle. circa 1985. Before a lot of you were even out of diapers. LOL.

I certainly took the low bf back then for granted. I could eat 8 mcdonald cheeseburgers and fries back then and not gain fat. No dieting back then whatsoever.

Hey Rep. Good to see you posting again.
Ok 2425 and Rep, as much as I hate uploading pics of me, here is a recent one from November. This is about 8 weeks into me taking 14 months off. I will post some after I get in better shape. I'm currently about 200#. Probably 15% bf. To smooth for sure but diet has never been my strength. I've never pretended to be big. I always think I look more fitness than BB. Well see if I can reach 230. Almost did it on last cycle. If I had to critique myself, my chest is lagging and my low back definitely lags. I don't do abs which I should. forearms could use more size..the list goes on. LOL. I've screwed my diet up in december by having primarily a cookie diet. So now I am just trying to up my calories and eat in January. Like today, its noon and I've only had a cup of coffee. wtf is up with that??

Hiding under that thin layer of fat is an awsome physique. You will reach your goals with the proper effort, hit it hard and lets see some pics in six months or so.

thanks chisel and 2425 for the encouraging words. I am going to try and hit it serious this year so we'll see where i can take it.
Yeah. I've always never trained abs because I'm oldskool. Vince Goranda or someone said in their book that if you train abs, it actually can restrict your bulking. So since i never diet, I'm always bulking and thus never trained abs. With regards to GH. I wish I could but I'm not quite there to afford that sort of regiment currently.
