Default Freak as a Puppy and Now

The first pic is at 19 or 20 all Natty..lol. I weighed 145lbs. The second Pic is 45 days later at about 185 taking 1 50mg Anadrol a day. I kept almost all my gains by luck with zero PCT and have never been less than 190 or so since. The 3rd & 4th pic are me now, no real training since Sept 2010 since my surgery & on fucking house arrest. I took them about 8 days ago or so, I'm 225 around 26 percent B/F I would suggest. I hope to train again within the next few weeks if the courts allow . I need to drop this B/F fast, I feel horrible...snoring..all kinds of shit. Sorry for the quality, the first two are pics I took of pics with my shitty new phone & the other 2 are with the shitty phone you see in the mirror . P.S You can tell the pic was taken a few weeks later in the first two. Same farmers tan on arms..lol.. I was on the job then so left arm tanned when I drove and right when my patner drove..LMFAO.

Hey BROTHER youd be suprised what you can get from dips, pushups, pullups, sit ups....Niggas in the hole find a way to TRAIN i know dam well you can too..I pray they drop the house arrest, you dont deseve it and its not like your gonna run

Yeah brother, its hard to get motivated right now. If its not me then its my wife their fucking with. I did tons of dips & push-ups in the hole because I was just so fucking bored and knew I wasn't going anywhere. I feel like the not knowing is worse and more stressful bro.

I still have some size buddy but i'm losing it all fast. My chest & Stomach are really fatty. Ty, I'll see what happens in the next week & post another in a month if I can start training again. One month=sick results.

do you have some free weights, you can do alot with em, i hit the free weights hard and still get some good results

I had to moved out of that house brother and into an apartment for now. I have zero room but if denied curfew this week I'll really start hitting the push-ups and sit-ups again.

i have done a year in the hole bro and there are allways things you can invent to do good workouts i used to fill my tracksuit pants legs with sand and hang them over my neck to do chin ups, squats, dips just add more sand the bigger you get and in the cell i used to use two 4 litre bottles of water and do dips on the toilet and dumbell curls its hard to stop you working out if you are determined i got big

Yeah brother I came up with some good inventions. I was able to hoard about 50 soft back books in 5 days and wrapped them in my sheets. No sand within a 100 miles and I didn't get out anyway..lol. No liter bottles or tracksuit pants but if you have a cool cellie you can always use his weight for calve raises, push-ups and dips.

Pay off the house man with a honeybun and get two garbage bags fill them with water. Wrap them up in a sheet. Then you take a magazine roll it up and shove it between 2 empty toilet paper rolls. Then u tie the sheet around that gives you a nice handle. 1 gallon =8lbs adds up quick endless workouts with that.

Wish I could choose and go back to picutre number 2. I was 20 years old with zero knowledge, I didn't know of any Body Building Forums like this but still could get anything I wanted in the gyms (WHICH WAS MOSTLY FAKE SHIT). I knew how to diet but had zero clue how to cycle or train.
