Default 3 Weeks into Cycle

I apologize for the pic quality.........

3 Weeks into cycle (Test E, 500mg)

The pictures are displaying "Before Training" and the "30th day into training"

Week 1 was without any gear.

A little bit about myself:

Name/nickname: Johnny/Cavalli
Location: Vegas (Sin City BABY!!!)

Age: 27
Height: 6'3
Weight: 215ilbs
Bodyfat: 20%

Training Experience: Basketball workouts (8 yrs ago)
Steroid Experience: Newbie
Current Cycle: Today is the 3rd week of first cycle (Test E, 500mg wk)
Last Cycle: N/A

Favorite Exercise: Bench-press
Favorite Cheat Food: Cheese Pizza
Hobbies outside of bodybuilding: X-Box 360 (NBA 2k)

Thanks guys, am most definately stoked with such short results.......will keep you guys posted.

Went from 204ilbs to 215ilbs, added 3" to the shoulders and lost 1" in the waist.
BF% went from 26% to 20%

you dont look like 20% bf at all. not even in first pic( well maybe in the first pic lol) where are these measurements coming from?

Awesome progress brother and pretty spot on, I would guessed you at 20 to 22 percent right now which is an amazing difference in three weeks.

@ Twin, Thanks for the compliment. I weigh myself on a Body Composition Digital Scale, I know they're not the most accurate, but seeing the decrease in bf% shows some type of improvement. I weighed myself a month ago and the bf% was at 26%, a few days ago it read 20%......I weigh myself everyday, love seeing the improvements.

These are shite for measuring BB's get calipers.
I agree with Freak you look about the 20% mark

Maybe I read this on a bad day but I can't hold back on this kind of thing anymore. WTF are you doing AAS 4 ? when you look at those pics I cant tell you ever touched a weight. Guys need to train years B4 ever even thinking about going this route. balls don't come in 10ml vials. were is all the hard work? were is the diet? were are the yrs of training NATURALLY?
NOTE: you should look like a gym rat on the NATCH B4 you ever touch a AAS.
Im sick of going to this board and seeing guys that look like this and never ask how to get bigger the old fasion way first......when you hit that wall YEARS from now THEN start cycling!!!!!!
Sorry bro your not the only one....TRAIN Hard FIRST......for YEARS then cycle.
There are a few supplements.... Protein, Creatine, L-glutamine, BCAA, DHEA........a handful of other things that do wonders. Train Hard, Eat right sound so easy but are much harder then they sound and most fall short here.

I would disagree with MMA on this one lol.. I would do AAS after lifting a short while as long as your doing it properly.. It motivates you to train harder look better imo.. gives you that confidence.

I get paid to give my opinion......6 figures a yr. I own a gym that turns out winners. So a could give a crap weather somebody disagrees or not. If you don't look like a person that trains YET!!!..... then your a long way from even thinking about AAS. If you don't know this already... then I could never even start to explain it to you. The laws that have came about in the last few years are to save these kind of ppl from themselves. I mean come on the B4 picture looks like a guy that just started training........the after picture looks like a guy that just started training......as a trainer I get better results from ppl in 4 weeks....w/ nothing more then hard work and diet. You want to see some of the B4 and after pictures of my clients .....? There Is no short cuts ppl.
I guess I'm tiered of being classified w/ ppl like this. One word for ppl like this LAZY!!!!!!

Dude that is a little harsh,,,, and this is coming from a guy that probably thinks very similar to you and can more than back it up but doesn't believe it is my spiritual interest to speak, because if this guy is getting motivated to continue to weight train of some form most of his life who am I to dissuade him, his goals aren't my goals. It is obvious that he is much younger than me, 45'ish, and if I were his age I would probably be doing the same thing but without the knowledge of this board....so cut the guy some slack....

Bump Gman. Most guys don't join SW to train natural. Maybe balls don't come in 10ml vials but shrunken balls do.

I hate to discourage enthusiastic people, but it is prudent to advise people to wait until they hit the training wall before taking AAS. It is good for inexperienced users to reach out and get competent advice, even if they jump the gun a little.

I Waited till I was 44 before using AAS & HGH LOL
But back then if I had the knowledge I have picked up from the net now probably would have done a cycle @ about 30ish
Always had good Gaines naturally when I was younger but we are not all lucky like that so real hard gainers would start allot younger
I say good luck if you are getting the gaines you are looking for keep up the good work it is showing don't listen to anything negative stay positive
I agree with Chal we are all here because we use or wont to use AAS
We can only advise not dictate

Sorry, but this is kinda fucked up. 10 years ago I was a skinny 20 year old that had never really touched a weight in my life, I was maybe 150 lbs soaking wet. So what did I do? I joined this board and researched the hell out of AS and read for days on end until I got the guts to place my first order. Was it stupid of me? Yeah. Reckless? Probably. But you know what? I did my first cycle, ate like a champ, and worked my ass off and shot up to 225 lbs. (200 after cutting) After that I didnt touch gear again for 8 years, but everything I learned stuck with me. The nutrition, the training, the work ethic. Without that cycle and actually SEEING those results in the mirror, I probably would have given up and never learned a god damned thing. Not everyone has the motivation you might have. Some of us need a little boost to push us in the right direction. I've remained fit and healthy for the past 10 years and dramatically improved my quality of life.
