New guy saying hello. My name is ______ and I live in _______, __. 6'0", 215 lb. I'm a slowwww recoverer so I decided to do my first cycle about a month and a half ago (500 Enth, 150 Deca per week) and I'm pretty sure I've just been shooting yellow oil into my ass cause I've barely seen any difference. I don't think my guy ripped me on purpose, he trusted his guy who trusted his guy...yadda yadda yadda. Unfortunately he's not on cycle right now so I can't ask him about his results, plus he's got a big mouth and I'm a very private person. I really should not have gone to him in the first place knowing that, but I made that decision anyway. I figure at this point the less I talk to him about it the better (out of sight out of mind). Additionally, I've done enough research that I know I should be seeing results by now.

Anyway, for those reasons I decided to find my own source. I had come across the scammer list from this site and decided to join up so I could get the rest of the knowledge available here. I have read quite a few threads so far and you guys seem like a knowledgeable and trustworthy lot so I think I'm gonna hang out for a while.


BTW - the label on my gear says VIG Biosciences if anyone can confirm or deny that it's crap I'd be interested to know. A Google search turns up ONE result. Yeah, not good. Thanks.

I keep it at lean proteins and veggies for the most part. LOTS of fish. Breakfast is usually a small bowl of oats with raisins and a tiny bit of brown sugar + small protein shake and a banana. 2-3 small meals throughout the day + 1-2 more protein shakes per day and there's usually another banana thrown in there somewhere along the way. Sometimes I think I need some more quality carbs cause I have periods of low energy.

My recovery time hasn't improved one bit which is another reason I think this gear is junk. I meant to say that in my intro but I forgot.

Welcome to SW brother!

If you been on 500mg test you should feel surging libido and strength. Recovery from training/activity should be fairly quick depending on your age. Your VIP status is your ticket to legit gear. About that diet...seems a bit starchy..if you have low energy on that amount of starch, something needs to be changed. Best of luck to ya brother.

Does it?? I thought the only starch in there was oatmeal, with the occasional bread (whole wheat or multi-grain) on a chicken or turkey sammy or something. I really try to keep the evil starch to a minimum. Lots of chicken salads for me too. Thanks for the welcomes fellas.

if your wanting to pack on muscle you need to consume 430g protein a day. protein is the only thing that builds muscle, fat and carbs are only energy sources. I think your falling way short of that goal. if your not taking in many carbs. than you have to replace it with good fat. if your diet is lacking when taking AAS. than your results will be lacking too.

Bump wetworks.......you need protien from real food BEEF, CHICKEN, TUNA, SALMON, TURKEY,etc .....shakes are okay now and again but dont really cut it as a staple.

Maybe I should have been more specific - my 2-3 meals thru the day consists of meat and veggies (salad w/ chicken, fish w/grilled veggies, etc), the protein shakes are in addition to those 2-3 meals. Is that enough?? I don't have an exact count of protein grams, but it seems I take in quite a lot. I have avoided keeping logs/counting grams/meal plans etc cause I was worried that if it started to feel like a job then it would cease to be fun in my mind, but if that's what's needed I guess I need to suck it up. Thanks fellas.

you do need to know the amount of protein, carbs, and fat everything has in it. the more knowledgable you are about the stuff you put in your body. the sooner it becomes second nature.

even if you do have to weigh and count for a month or so as wet says it will come second nature and you will near guess what what is if you know what I mean.
So a month or so of counting ...................the next 20 years is a doddle
