New to Forum..hello

Hey everyone,

I am new to forum and am glad to be here. Really interesting in learning more about how things work to judge weather or not this is for me..

Just a little summary about me. Im 25 year old, 5'9 and weigh about 205 after a little diet last few weeks.. I have always been natural pretty strong but am no where near where I would like to be and could drop about 20 more lbs. I have my reasons for looking into this besides it being something that has always interested me. Mainly I want to go into the military but that is a long story for another time.

As of today Im starting over the counter Get deisel- Deisel Test Pro-cycle. I know that is kiddy stuff but you have to start somewhere.

Welcome bro your in the right place 1st things 1st if you get a chance post your diet. This is the most important thing, next is training correctly and then gear is icing on the cake.
