Hey hey! Whats going on SW!!I have been gone for quite some time. Due to deploying,I didn't really have an oppurtunity to get acquainted and settled with the site when I was first introduced to it. BUT now that I have returned home and I have finished my terms of service with the military, I had to come back and reintroduce myself!
![]() Age: 22 Height: 6'0 Weight: 214 lbs BF: %9 Goals: Solid 220 lb frame that I can still run a 4.5 40yd dash with. How long lifting: Its been a laborous slave job since the 9th grade but I cant complain with the years of results. What does your diet look like: Very clean and lean. More specifically, I eat hearty meals but i keep it cut down to white meats and fish; steamed/baked vegies; fresh fruits. No canned products, no grease, and definately no fast food. What do your wkts look like: Im an athlete so mostly everything I do is compound workouts which include phases for strength, speed, stamina and endurace. I dont exclude isometric exercises by any means BUT compound workouts are my preferred method, persay. # of cycles: 1 What you took: 12 wk cycle of Test E 500mg/wk, EQ 400mg/wk, Var 60mg/ed for weeks 1-6; PCT Nolva&Clomid Taper when do you wakeup: Well, now that I dont have a job, whenever the hell i want!! when do you go to bed: Until I get a job, same as above. Whenever i want. can and cannot eat (times): Cant eat when im sleeping.. other than that, the food seems to stay in my mouth when do you lift (days of week and time of day): 4-5 days a week ( out due to injury right now) time for cardio: I do my hard cardio days between gym days and my light cardio days on morning and for warm-up prior to lifting. any previous injuries: The only but current injury im facing is a very serious ankle contusion due to a basketball accident. Been out the gym for 9 days.

Im actually training in preparation for the Arena/Canadian/European Football leagues. Upon graduating highschool, I turned down football for the Army considering everything happening during the post 9/11 timeframe, BUT truth be told, my real love lies in playing football and I promised myself I would play again after I finished my term of service in the army. So now, here I am, a free man and bustin my balls,scrotum included, to reach my goals!

I definately will do!! I see on alot of forums, that unless its not specifically sports related, you dont get too many sport and athletic training/performance threads... I plan on fixing that particular aspect if theres anybody else who'd like to chime in for some awesome posts we can put together!
