Life is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid
Stupidity should be painful

Crawling is acceptable. Falling is acceptable. Puking is acceptable. Tears are acceptable. Pain is acceptable. Injury is acceptable. Quitting is unacceptable

To dominate one must be physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than their opponent. Then, domination is guaranteed.

Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said it would be this fukin hard either!

If im a danger to myself just think what the fuck I can do to you!

your diet will get you the results your looking for. AAS only puts your body into a perfect sate to grow muscle. post up what your diet looks like. tell me what you eat at what times and exactly what you eat.

EPO isn't for what your wanting to do! you still need to work on the diet, without a great diet you'll just be spinning your wheels! Dave Palumbo in the diet and nutrition section is where you need to start your research.

what is your age? your diet is crap from what you just told me. not all protein is created equal. you can take all the cutting steroids in the world, but if your diet is shit than you'll get shit results. go to the link below and read.

Welcome URSO! Please, NO EPO!!! It's very dangerous and is not what you need for your goals.

welcome aboard brother, gotta post all your stats for the brothers to get a real feel to help you out, there's tons of great reading on almost everything you could fathom, and from my understanding the big thing with Epo is the red cell count, but the stuffs pretty dangerous and not recc. once you have a good diet plan and you start looking into cycling look at EQ for the red cell bumper!!

I agree with Wetworks. Diet is your first problem. You want help and advice, then this is it. You can eat 5 meals a day, all the fruit and vegs and protein you can, work your ass off in the gym and not get anywhere if you don't understand the foundation of caloric surplus/deficit, macronutrient values specifically tailored to your needs, etc...It sounds like you need to work on that a lot.

Post us an example of your 5 daily meals a day along with macro values and I guarantee we can clean it up a ton and tell you where your problems lie.

Welcome dude... I know exactly your delemma with the whole weight class thing. My Dad used to be a boxer in his younger years and I would see him to what ever he could to be the lightest weight possible... You say you stil want to be strong at a low weight... your DIET will have a huge influence on this. If it isn't right you'll feel low in energy with a feeling of weakness. Once you're all straight with that (diet) nothing will stop you with some gear on top. Your diet is the foundation.

Amp... haven't seen you around 4 a while. why have you been so quiet?
