Default New to this, some unique goals

Hello all,
Here is a little about me. I will be 34 in a few days. About 3.5 years ago I hit rock bottom with a viscous drug and alcohol addiction. In the first year of being clean, I gained about 20 pounds of fat. I bought a bike and started mountain biking. From there, I started really getting into endurance sports and have done a lot of road biking and even a triathlon. But now I have hit plateau. I dropped most of that 20 lbs I initially gained and I am in pretty good cardio shape but the weight isn't coming off anymore and my speed and endurance isn't really getting any better.

I exercise for about 5-7 hours total each week divided over 3-5 days. I really want to get that lean muscle mass and endurance of elite runners and cyclist. Any ideas to get me pointed in the right direction will be appreciated.

hey ever done any AS before? if not, these guys on here know what they are talking about, i would point you more but i dont have the experience they do... good luck man glad to hear you are back on track

I agree with WW. You can work your ass off 7 days a week in the gym and won't get anywhere near the results you should be getting if you're diet isn't what it should be.

What's your diet like? That seems to be where you're encountering problems and the first place you should be looking.
