What up Iron Bros! I'm a new member here just getting back in training. I blew BOTH my knees out during a training exercise prior to an Iraq deployment. Bummed out that I never got to deploy but I'm looking forward to getting back into fighting shape. Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself.
