how do you know if you r starting to get gyno???like i already am a lil bit fatty around the chest im in goodand am in shape but have a lil bit of flab around belly and chest but i was just wondering cause i dont want that shit

the flab around the chest usually the sides and lower when you tense is normal, i get that when bulking. it disappears when you lose the fat. the gyno/moob or man boob is when it looks like a tit and is clearly just around the nipple and a bit pointy, probably the most unmasculine site on the body and needs to be surgically removed asap in my opinion.

sounds to me like your just a bit flabby thats all.
