Default new here, need help.

hello, I'm a soldier right now im currently in iraq. and I need some advice. right now im 21 years old, 145 pounds 6'1 and probbally like 1% body fat. I can't gain weight at all. I eat as much as a can and not just fatty foods, healthy foods with high protien, I eat 3 solid meals a day with 3 mass building shakes a day, I try to intake about 250-300 grams of protien a day and about 6,000-8,000 calories a day. I do my normal PT which consists of mostly Push-ups and sit-ups every other day and running every other day and then on top of that in the evening I work out 6 days a week.

My work out is, (monday- chest and triceps) (tuesday- back and biceps) (wensday-shoulders) (thursday- biceps and triceps) (friday-legs) (saturday-back and biceps or if I missed a workout due to missions I'll throw it in saturday) each day during my personal workout in the gym, I workout atleast for an hour then immedatly go eat.

I'm still little to none weight a week, I started researching differnt steroids first looking at the basic dinabol tabs, then other stuff such as deca-durabolin and test. as I said im 145 pounds at 6'1 and I would like to be 200-215 pounds at this point its just not seeming possiable ive been in the army for 2 years doing PT everyday just push-ups and sit-ups and eating but since ive been deployed to iraq I added a steady workout and still no progress.

I'd like to know if anyone could give me advice, and recomend a cycle that will help me build mass, im not intrested in anything more than one cycle two at the most. im not trying to be a body builder or anything, I just want to gain weight because right now I look pretty sickly because im so skinny. any input you have would be greatly appreciated.

for your first cycle. 500 mgs test cyp wk. 8 -12 wks. eat, eat ,eat. brother you might need more than 2 cycles to hit that goal. there is alot involved to do it proper. it's not magic or a short cut , it takes determination and time.

Hey bro,

Nice to have you aboard.

Sounds like you're still burning a hell of a lot of calories with the training and missions over there, so I'm sure that has a part to play in the difficulties gaining.

My advice is to keep researching on here. There's so much damn information.

Basically, to start you can go with Sustanon for 12 weeks at about 500 mgs weekly and kickstart it with some Dbol at 30 mgs weekly for about 4 weeks.

Welcome buddy.
i was going to say the same as Action.... I don't know your daily regime, but I'm sure it's pretty hectic and you are probably burning a lot of calories daily.

Imo, I would cut it down to 3 days a week training, focusing solely on heavy compound movements, like Squats, Deadlifts, Weighted pullups, benchpress, barbell rows. Those will hit every major muscle group.
*I'm probably forgetting a good exercise or two, but those I mentioned are what you need.

Thanks for the welcome guys, right now my schedual is not so bad im on a convoy security team and there arent alot of missions for my unit right now. so I spend alot of time in my room. so I don't burn too many calories through out the day. im trying to learn more about everything thanks for pointing me in the right direction

Seated or standing military presses
power cleans just a couple more compound moves

I think EQ or Deca are some of the best mass building AAS around IMHO especially for first timers . at his age I wouldn't do Test , thats just me tho . EQ needs to be run 16 weeks 400 mg a week . Deca needs to be run 12 weeks 400 mg a week . my .02

Supy, for a long time the bros here would recommend 8 or 10 weeks of Test only at 500 mgs weekly. I don't see a problem with adding in 4 weeks of a reasonable dose of Dbol along with it, provided the necessary ancillaries are on hand in case it's needed.

Yes have everything on hand its better to have and not need than to need and not have..For instance i am not gyno prone but still have everything on hand just in case.I consider myself lucky.I also get very very little acne again just lucky.that can all change im sure
thats cool everbodys is entitled to their opinoins cause thats all we can offer.Thats like some guys dont want to help out young guys and i respect that as well.I have come to the conclusion that they paid to get the supps list so we might as well guide them in as safe a cycle as possible i may or may not take some criticism for that but thats how i feel now..All we have are general guidlines nothing is written in stone..We all have to find out what sides some of us get and be the research scientist and lab rat all wrapped in one..Its a lot of work .I just dont like the young guys posting something like give me a cycle to gain 30#s..Theres a lot of reading that needs to be done to educate ourselves to the fullest its a neverending journey reading and learning.Keep learning everyone especially the young new guys

hey man im in iraq too... almost done with my 15 months... ha when i got here i was 178.. 20% bf... around 210 now with like 12-12% body fat.... great place to grow even with the missions and stuff... just go to the dfac and get to-go plates when your on a main base and on the jss's and stuff just have your family send lots of tuna usually theres a big supply of bread.. ha at one point i was eating like 5-6 tuna sandwiches a day.... umm bodybuilding.com is the fastest shipping i have found to us for the normal stuff... and this place is the best for info (by far...)

ha im about to start my 1st cycle.. cant wait, just got it like 2 days ago,... having problems getting syringes.. ha guess im going to have to go rob the medics
