Drum roll please......
Well I'm really not new to SW as I was a member back in 2004. It seems alot has changed since then. I'm 5'8", 207, and around 15% bf. 38ish and have been lifting on and off for over 20 years. I have done 3 cycles with good results and very few sides. Was sick for a few years with intestinal issues, but seemed to have put that behind me.(you can send monetary donations to.....) I'm looking foward to getting back in the game and meeting some new brothers of the darkside. Later DD
