Hey Everyone,

I just signed up for the VIP section so I am pumped to be here and looking forward to getting to know everyone.

I'm 21 and live in Australia. I'm looking to go on my first cycle soon but I am going to read up everything and get educated first.

I've been working out since I was about 15, I'll prob post my stats in a later post but just wanted to say hi and if anyone has any recommendations/advice for me I am open to hearing it

hey bro hows the weather down under!!! lots of bikini chicks everywhere? !! lucky devil!!

most recommend a simple 500mg test per week for 12wks for 1st timers, read up 1st though before crossing over to the dark side

the first thing to do is decide if you want to bulk up or lean out, then go from there.

Woah thanks guys for your kind welcome!

Yeah it's a hot as hell down here. Actually we are going through a heat wave, the hottest it's been here in 70 years!

But yes I'm very lucky to live right near the beach so it's very nice

Well I want to bulk up thats for sure, but I'm gunna read up on everything first before I do anything.

I'm hoping that there are some suppliers that have no problem gettting the gear down here, but like I said I'm gunna read up first.

So thanks again for the welcome guys, I'm sure I'm going to love it here.
