I believe I have lost my VIP status and can't figure out what to do to get back in the game. I emailed the administrator with no luck. Do I just need to resign up as a new member?

Can someone help

Tried reregistering and it said my email and user name was already in use. Obviously it is mine. Not sure how to just re up my membership back to VIP

Sign up under different name and I should be able to change it after you sign up.
