HI THIS IS LANCE 32.iT'S BEES ABOUT 1 YEAR SINCE I LAST JOINED.i'M 52 YEARS OLD AND REALLY NEED TO GET BACK IN MY BODYBUILDING CONDITION.
SO I JUST WANTED TO SOAK UP SOME INFO AND SEE WHATS NEW ITS BEEN AWHILE I'VE DONE 3 CYCLES IN THE PAST AND FELT GREAT BEING IN SHAPE .IT'S NOT THAT I'M OVERWEIGHT I'M 6FT,170 LBS AND PRETTY RIPPED.BUT I NEED TO GET SERIOUS AND GET UP TO 185 AND FEEL STRONG.
